I love love all your videos you have helped me so much I'm 66 1/2 but I was 55 or 56 when I found your channel I am THANKS GOD for this for this because he has guided me since I was 53 for wellness and losing weight I was almost 200 lbs me and Little Debbie used to be MY BEST FRIEND 🙃 but we broke up LOL The one thing I did not have that the Lord led me to you for is the how the how much and when and when not to and so many other things I don't have any arthritis or issues that you talked about but by listening to everything you do and doing it I feel like I'm preventing those things thank you so so so so so so much for everything that you and your husband do!!! 🙏😇❣️

In my last medical exam they found I started having osteoporosis, I was so afraid but since i started taking action I discovered you channel and I do your exercices everyday to start my day before work. So, I'm confused. There are many messages stating that aiming for 150 mins of aerobic exercise is ideal. I (F56) have osteoporosis, too. I used to do and love Spin but it doesn't feel safe anymore. How to get the 30 mins each day (or 3 x 50mins) safely? Do you have other longer videos? Many thanks for all you do and offer! Your site is such a boon!
Thank you, Margaret, for your easy-to-follow aerobic exercises. New subscriber from the Philippines here. I have moderate thoracic and lumbar scolioses. Hope you make some videos for us with this condition. But, I cannot follow your a little fast-paced hands together-cross behind steps. BTW, are these exercises safe to do for me? Anyway, I enjoyed joining you. I was able to follow your aerobic exercises without feeling pain. Again, my gratitude.
Love ❤️ how you thoroughly explain everything! I was just diagnosed with a disc protrusion at L1-L2. Any suggestions for exercises would be greatly appreciated! Walking, pilates and light weights were recommended. NEVER DO DEADLIFTS AGAIN, was advised by the Neurosurgeon. I had started doing deadlifts a few weeks before getting excruciating pain and presently have numbness. The Neurosurgeon and Orthopedic surgeon said L1-L2 herniated disc is very unusual. I've also had emergency surgeries at L4-L5 and L5-S1 many years ago and was left with permanent nerve damage. Warm regards 💕

There are so many videos here, and topics, areas of attention that it is hard to know where to begin! I would like to follow a simple plan so that I can/will keep it going. But also be comprehensive, but that word does not imply simple.
