This practice is designed to be short, sweet, refreshing and restful for those afternoons where you might be feeling unmotivated or lethargic, and want to re-awaken. We move a little to begin with, but quickly land in some balancing and replenishing breathwork and a guided body scan meditation. Suitable for all levels of experience with yoga and/or meditation.
