I would hazard a guess that 99% of security/baillifs all suffer from a mental illness. Be it an inferiority complex, narcissistic personality disorder or even saviour complex. And the police have the same issues, that's why they all stick together.
and the Police. A while ago I began to call it Shutter Island syndrome. Where societies most vulnerable are given a uniform and badge to deal with their own issues.
As a security guard myself, your job is to be polite, and to de-escalate conflict. He was aggressive, and will become involved in conflict, and be a liability to any company.
Having de-escalation skills are such a vital skill to have in such a role. I do not know much about it, but there are so many factors which have the potential to aggravate a situation. Furthermore, the ability to actively listen also seems like an integral part of the job.
I agree, but as the most companies pay min wage and have high expectations I believe they deserve people like him, to cost them money so they can realise that for min wage, this is what they gonna get
No matter what he will be in hospital for his unprofessional attitude with no training skills. Such guards sia test are passed based on fake training and getting certificates for a small amount of money.
@@james-5560 that Officer said he'd address it after he'd finished with what he was dealing with - he didn't did he!? It very much looked like he purposefully didn't want to in fact!!
@@jockster5525 He seemed a decent chap, and at least he was willing to engage with AB. But yeah...I have to admit, the SIA thing he could've handled properly
When a corporation, 'House of Fraser', reports someone the police send 12 officers and detain the poor person. When a security guard, who is on duty, intimidates members of the public and commits an offense, in the very presence of a police officer, they decline to take any action. 'I'll check it out later' is not how they responded to House of Fraser. This is an arbitrary policing policy. Protect corporations but ignore the members of the tax paying public, who actually fund them.
The Police Force are private security guards for corporations, the endless amount of times they turn up in a matter of minutes when "auditors" are around proves it. BUT when my 80 year old neighbour phoned 999 when someone was trying to get into her house they were no where to be seen, good job she is in our Neighbourhood WhatsApp group, she put a message up and within a minute 1/2 doz of us were round there PDQ, the scumbag scarpered, just as well as he may well have been sampling hospital food… btw the Police never did show up.!!!
The WPC has some underhand intimidation tactics. Like she is invading a person's personal space, expect them to push her away, then go full attack mode on you. Then when she is rumbled, slopes off like a teenager swinging her arms. Side note, I believe she really needs to sort the foundation application to her face out.
AB This is the old "bumper trick". You deliberately walk into someone and then accuse them of attacking YOU ( if it is opposite sex then they can claim sexual assault) This is old trick used against Security staff I think she used to work in security and hard to prove..
Imagine if you walked up to that female officer in the same way .The rest of her gang would have tackled you to the floor and cuffed you up. She looks like a loose cannon. That officer wasn't dealing with anything other than watching the world go by , while the Gremlin security guard ponced around breaking the law.
There is something seriously, seriously wrong with that female "police officer" 754. She looks and acts crazy, and is definitely unstable. AB, please pursue that nutjob and get her charged for assault. Even better, let's get her kicked out of the police; she doesn't belong there and will one day cause immense grief on innocent people.
@@indi0089 Faces are easy to remember. It's matching faces to the names which is hard. If you do something routinely, then that's also easy to remember. But if you do something infrequently, then you soon forget. For example: I can remember the faces of the 100s of thieves I caught 12+ years ago. However there's only 2 thieves names I can remember (one of which is the son of a high ranking cop). However I remember the nicknames I gave to a couple of regular thieves who I got arrested, who came in and thanked me when they got out of prison, as they got clean inside. I've even forgotten the names of around half of the 40+ staff members I worked with too. Another example: I memorised 2 entire A4 sheets of codes that were in small print in less than a day, while some other staff members couldn't remember those codes after years of working there. Yet now 12 years later I can't remember any of those codes anymore, as I'm not using them every day.
She's an initiated member of the gang. They only go after non affiliates. At least the officer at the end had a decent manner even though he wasn't interested in following up the offence.
What a vile piece of shot she was, I am saying she as I couldn't be 100% sure, what station were they from? A copy of this video on their fb page might help to curb her bullying demeanour
That "female" officer seemed very intoxicated trying to intimidate you and swinging her arms about and not walking straight I would definatley push this further if you can
@@cruxdnb dead right you only have to listen to what male colleagues say about them, such as "as much use as a chocolate fireguard " " I hate being paired with a female, they can't control there mouth or emotions " and the best one ever " how can you trust something that bleeds for a week, and doesn't die " all true comments from various coppers.
Yeah I thought that too, or maybe prescription drugs or something. The facial expressions, way she's walking, swinging her arms round like a little kid then in the van the way she's clapping. Something seemed off with her
I shouldnt be, but I'm stunned that you can actually report an offence to police while the offender is right there, and the officer refuses to do anything. Absolutely shocking level of policing.
It’s not unusual these days, seen quite a few on RU-vid, they watch it happen in real time then look away and say they didn’t see it, now if it had been AB committing and offence he would have seen it all and had him in handcuffs in seconds along with a few punches on the ground that they said he was resisting arrest. Double standards when it comes to the public to other cops and even security. They just don’t care. Report it and get it on record along with a copy of the the cop approaching you in that manner.
In answer to your question of whether you are obligated under law or code of conduct to provide the details of your full name, the only people to whom you are required to show your badge or provide details of your full name when asked are: the Police SIA officers those to whom the SIA has given authority under Section 19 of the Private Security Industry Act (typically, these will be licensing officers from local councils). Although members of the public have the right to request that you show them your licence, you are not obliged to show it to anyone other than those listed above.
Was that cop on drugs or something. I don't know what's more frightening, that they allow her to be a cop or that none of the others straightened her out.
AB I used to attend protests and the underhanded techniques the Police would use were shocking...The public wouldn't even believe some of the things that happened...THANKYOU sooooo much for putting yourself out there on the front line to highlight what the Police are really like !!! MASSIVE RESPECT TO YOU !! I So hope they don't bring you down !!
@@stevenhowe6677 In the end it's nothing more to it than being evil. We make up names for it (which they love) but in the end it's just evil. They do it because they are like that and they enjoy it.
I am a security guard and we are not supposed to act like that at all. As for the Police woman she's irritated that you aren't stupid enough to give her a reason and like a child that can't cope with or reflect on emotion she's acting out.
Interesting at the end is that they dont' want to deal with a crime. Report it via the police website. Drop all the officer's id's on the website. You will get a reference number. Wait a week. Ring 101 and give the reference number. Ask for the crime number. No crime number, means fraud. Now you make the complaint with all of the officers listed on it. Make it a schedule 3 complaint, for the fraud and the neglect of duty. Then it appears on their employment record.
The police were so unconcerned about the security guard committing an offence. He said he was busy dealing with someone else (along with all the other officers). I guarantee that if you’d have committed an offence he would have soon dealt with you!
How many constables does it take to deal with a compliant shoplifter. It’s pathetic. It would’ve been a good use of that PCs time to deal with the SIA badge issue while he was standing around doing absolutely nothing for ages. Instead of quickly checking the legislation he just wanted to make excuses for the security guards. As if he’s going to look into the matter later, and even if he does, why does he think it’s acceptable to report a criminal offence to the company to deal with instead of dealing with it as a crime?
@@zigzagtoes That's an excellent idea 💡 AB and other auditors should turn their backs to the sausages squirting a water bottle, no laws broken but they'll jump into action to win a doughnut 🍩
AB her advance towards you could be classed as an assault as you anticipated unwanted physical contact. She knew what she was doing. Report it to professional standards. (Not that they'll do anything but worth it being on her record)
Good point as you have footage, then report her to the police Standards( they have ID numbers etc for this reason if they behave badly or rude in public report them.)
He should definitely report it ! Who does she think she is doing that. Makes me wonder how many other men / women she's done that too. It's very unprofessional and to avoid her doing it again she must be held accountable.
No one has to have made physical unwanted contact threats of intimidation threats of words of violence or behaviour or a raised fist is enough to get one done for common assault there doesn't have to be physical violence or assault to take place under any circumstance her being in AB's proximity/space is an assault by definition there doesn't have to be physical touching or unwanted contact for it to be an assault
it seems so many are slack, sloppy and unprofessional. yet they have secure employment. thank you for educating the public about these matters and hopefully when the authorities reolise the situation, we will see more accountability to the public, a cultural change and an improvement of performance and service to the public
after watching the last part of the vid and see that officer just dismiss your concerns makes my blood boil ,,,,,,,,,,,f in disgusting the way the police act now ,,,,,,,,,,,,,and we pay for this service out of our tax ffs
Taxt is theft, they extort money under threats of violence, these goons don't see much of that coin but are part of those crimes. They're vile I wouldn't wish a policeman on anyone's family, imagine the shame their relatives must feel.
The tiny aggressive security guard and the female officers roles in the gangs is to provoke and instigate problems. It is an important job, as it creates work for the gangs.
If I was standing calm and someone walked straight into me in such an aggressive way as documented here, it could have triggered me into self defense like giving the aggressor hard push, like I would to any animal I felt were attacking.
@@eb4661 This is why you should never attempt an audit. I lose my temper so badly over stuff like that so I just need to stay well away from those situations
I still believe that police should have their own liability insurance that they pay for themselves. Like car insurance. Then the cops who abuse powers will have more claims against their own personal liability insurance which will increase the cost of their insurance. If they continue their ways their insurance becomes unaffordable and they will have no choice but to leave. That would lay a lot more personal responsibility on them rather than feeling free to do as they please knowing theres an insurance policy that protects all police whilst performing their duties.
That's what happens in the US, ALL cops have to have insurance ( even though they have immunity ) so that lawyers can go after them personally and the insurance become unaffordable
If you had walked up to one of those Public Clowns (pc) in the same way she walked up to you. You would've most likely been pushed backwards with force and arrested for attempted assault. She needs reporting for this behaviour in public. It seems that it's not the only time she has done that to you. I admire you for your self control. I watch all your videos and look forward to new ones arriving. Thank you AB.
@ Ste Lawler Yes I have to say her behaviour was extremely bizarre and that is probably why she was a complete loner within an group. It was almost like no one wanted to be her partner or even chat with her. That's some mental illness she is displaying.
There’s something definitely wrong with wpc hopefully what she done will look at by sergeant or inspector because if your police you should not allowed act that way
Employed to cause problems at protests such as starting riots etc common for them to go plain clothes and kick it off so they can report it in their favour
Feels like she's collecting info on you and trying to provoke an attack so she can arrest u and find out who you are. That or she's looking to lock u up in her basement.
I think it will be the basement.. .. very narcist behaviour of her. Look how she walks (like a dancing queen) towards the police car, claps with her hands to get everybody's attention. She really thinks she is the boss but in fact a nobody 🤣 .
@@meneertjehetheertje Lol definitely the basement. She is beyond narcissistic. I've never witnessed any behaviour like hers before, there's far too much going on there. Might be worth another view.
Funny how their behaviour and attitudes change when they know its you... could this possibly be because they know you know the law and your rights therefore they can't abuse you or there powers ?
Here in America there's an auditor called The Battousai (Philip Turner). He doesn't really do audits anymore because he became too well known and effective. He even won a case in the 11th Circuit Court (Turner v Driver), setting precedent for filming cops. Cops no longer mess with him because they know they'll be torched. Battousai essentially put himself out of business.
@@gooner8david Yes Conte is great but I can`t see him staying if we fail to qualify or fail in the CL ( much more likely ) I would love Pottechino back personally, not sure about Vindaloo ( our new signing, some say he`s a bit shit ) At least both teams have kept it exciting to the last game, top 2 excitement and 4 and 5 too! Good luck mate, always enjoyed watching you guys play, would have love Aubameyang with Kane and Son, cheers
There appears to be a cosy relationship between cops and security. And while that closeness exists, then the security will believe they have a certain amount of leeway in how they treat the public.
Security, corporations, random bailiff at your door trying to break in cops will side with them. Members of the public are at the bottom of the list of what they care about
Police work for big business and politicians and the security work for big business too. Plus they aren't gonna want to be seen getting overpowered by a huge security guard, it's not a good look for the authority figure 😂 they are just cowards really.
That's easy to explain - the police are programmed to side with whoever represents "authority". Whether it's a security guard, a bailiff or parking warden, it doesn't matter.
That female cop that came right up to you has corruption written all over her, what makes it worse is she knowingly knew she was been recorded and her cowardly colleagues did nothing either, this is exactly why you should always record the police 🤳 EXPOSE THEM ALL 🤬
Why does any interaction with the Police, feel like the land, time forgot!!!, slow, time consuming, waste of public taxes and could actually be leaving the public enemy alone, and fighting real crime!😊
That security guy looked a little unstable, but then the woman officer who came so close to you for no reason and previously took your picture and acted weirdly is probably married to the security guy (they are a match made in heaven😀).
Funny enough, that ginger headed security guy went secondary school with me.... I dunno why he is acting like a moody fucker. Prob trying to portray that hard man image by the looks of it. Most lads grow up and realise that thinking they are hard is just a figment of their imagination but obviously not the case with him.....
What a horrible munchkin. Great that we hire such competent and capable people - need 10 cops to arrest one woman. It might help if the police knew the law.
PC754 puts you in fear of violence by her actions (Harassment) and last officer has criminal offence reported to him, but suggests that you contact the security's boss. Great.
Just light a fat spliff next to him. Apparently as long as the police are dealing with 1 crime others go free. Kind of like a 123 red light version of the purge.
It's copscusing or just a plain cop out ^.^ the tragic answer is unless they had a vested interested in that occurance chances are your argument whilst valid doesn't hold up, if they were there to uphold the law certainly, the Private Security Act isn't law so isn't in their remit, no ACTs fall within a constables remit. That's why they are officers, officers deal with the legal stuff, the fraud of legality keeps them employed. If they become a constable again they have to arrest themselves for fraud, which they're not going to want to do so once they're in the criminal gang they stay in it, that's why we are coming after every last one of them for minimum fraud, then every other charge applicable to them, fraud however has no statutory limitation so can be charged any time after it occurs, ergo every police officer ever is liable for fraud offences and at a minimum will be taken down for committing those breaches of law. That's before we get onto the pea dough ones, the bent ones, the masonic stooges, the just following order drones, the silent witnesses to heinous crimes etc. Its exciting, to say the least.
What an absolute waste of taxpayers money all of these cops are a drain on society !!! We’d be better pouring our money down the drain than paying for these useless clowns 🤡 in law enforcement !!! Well done AB !!!
"Did you see that?" "No..." "It's on your camera....!" "Well I'm yeah I did see it I'll be honest...." Couldn't you just be honest to start with? Well as usual a cop instantly lies untill pointing out that their lie is on camera then they go well ok yes I admit it...
Officer "We are here to deal with this right now" Me "so if I commit an offence right now such as the security gaurd is right now you will not do me for it?" Sorry mr officer you can not pick and choose what you wish to do.
WPC754 is really a nasty piece of work. Totally unsuitable for police service. Chief Constable…you know what needs to be done. She must not be let loose on the public.
Im glad you mentioned her lack of being plowed. I thought exactly the same thing after the 2nd encounter. i feel there is lots of tension in that broad. What a weird encounter.
More likely over plowed, abused and damaged. Has some real classic hallmarks of an abused child. Whilst they are enemy combatants, there are still some very tragic stories behind them. Still all good fun.
I USED to be against what you do but I totally understand why now. That is very worrying behaviour from the wpc very disturbing. I hope you don’t let it lie she seriously needs investigating. Seems to be on another planet
She seems very unstable and you should definitely report her. I cant recall seeing the previous footage of her. As for the security guard, it was a typical display of the "I have a bit of power" belief. Quite sad really.
Well they are undermanned according to their view. When they turn up like flies on shite they are so dumb that they don’t realise that they seriously undermine their own argument.e
@10:43 It is known as ‘threatening behaviour’ - intimidation or intentional behaviour that causes another person to fear injury or harm. A criminal offence under Section 4 of the Public Order Act 1986. Regardless if you are a police officer.
