Excellent! I created a free 21 days to better balance pdf you can download on my website too which has 50 exercises I have compiled in a program that can be used as well!
@@allstrongfitness that's even better. I am not sure if i need it but if I use the method i will share how ppl in Taiwan perform and react after the class.
I also have a bunch of my balance classes in playlists that I have filmed directly from my senior classes too as well. Thank you for stopping by!@@insanetravelling
Thank you! I found that after an injury which kept me bed-bound for 4 months my balance was literally gone. That’s scary. I’m guessing in time I can re-build my balance with exercises like these.
Absolutely! It takes time but just being honest with your self, and not too hard on yourself is everything. Take it day by day and be consistent. Good luck and thanks for stopping by the channel!! Hope you subscribe and stay around (:
Certainly you don't expect "seniors" to perform these agility moves the same way you, an apparently strong, healthy young man is doing. I would have hit the deck before the first one was over. 🤕
There are multiple ways you can make them “easier,” by doing them with a walker, holding onto or near a wall for extra balance, or simply moving slower. The idea is to move as quickly as possible within your comfort level. This of course can look different depending on the level of the senior! I have done all of these exercises with numerous older adults with great results. Try the seated ones first and see how you do!
I hear you!! But they are still doable at ur exact pace. But I agree this is going to be discouraging shown at this pace, would have been nice shown demonstrated by a senior!
Never claimed to be! Luckily, I have used these drills with 1000s of seniors over the last 5 years, and they all love them! Hope they work well for you (:
