Hey Legends! Are you enjoying the Ahsoka show? And if you are, did you watch the cartoons? Hope you are all having a wonderful day and if you enjoyed this video please consider Liking, Subscribing and hitting that Bell so you don’t miss a video. Cheers!
I thought the Samurai imagery in episode 4 was quite good. The lightsaber fights with Ahsoka were quite enjoyable, a more direct influence from Samurai cinema.
I have been enjoying it a lot actually. I have watched the cartoons like rebels and clone wars. I understand why people dislike the show but I think there are good parts of Ashoka. We will have to wait and see how it plays out in these last 3 episodes.
Sabine literally lived with a blind Jedi for months, and ran rebel missions with him. She would never ask that question in a million years: "I can't see, how am I supposed to fight?" The right thing for the script to have made her say would be "I'm not Kanan, you know I can't use the force like that, and I can't do that blind-fight crap".
See that's the thing. Casual fans don't even know who she is much less how she relates to anything. Those of us who simply saw the movies may have heard of Ashoka but other than that... nothing.
@@DaNinja60there are times when casual fans can be left not knowing, though. Not the Anakin fight; I think they needed to give y’all more exposition. But for a small quip like that? Think of how many small quips there are in the OT that you have to look into to know the full meaning of lol. Power converters? Kessel Run? And in the PT, like Darth Plagueis and Sifo Dias.
Funny how Hayden showed us in just a few minutes of screen time, what a little bit of sword training can do!!!! When he starts dueling with Ashoka is like he is an OP video game boss that you shouldn't be fighting at the time and level!
Literally.I loved seeing hayden use a saber again the choreography from literally everyone else in this show isn’t very good at all.Its like they move in slow motion it’s so odd
One of the biggest changes I hate in Disney is the fact that everybody seems to know Anakin became Vader when it was always accepted that Obi-Wan and the Emperor, Yoda, padme, and Bale organa knew the whole time and Tarkin eventually figured out who Vader was because he's smart.
I'd add Thrawn to that list because he also spent time with Anakin and Vader and he's a genius, so makes sense he figured it out eventually similar to Tarkin
@@nikolaift4906 I think thrawn does in rebels the Disney show. But in the original (correct) EU, I don't know if he did or not. Id be okay with thrawn figuring it out as well.
One thing to probably remember is that when Dave made the Clone Wars show, Lucas would assist from time to time. Feedback, ideas, changes, etc. And Clone Wars turned out pretty well. Here... he answers to Kathleen Kennedy...
@@solarydaysmaybe because its his story? No he did not come up with all the details, but the central plot and themes that span all the way up until disney took over is his work, or directly inspired by his work
@@solarydays so wrong. he had the whole original trilogy written down. its lucas's story. other people he left put in a few ideas. if lucas says something isnt right, then it isnt right. dont like it? go write your own trilogy
@@solarydays Lucas is very creative, the original trilogy and the prequel trilogy were all his stories, his ideas. The issue he has is getting that idea of his written down and executed correctly, that's where other directors helped like filters to stand his work up. The prequels are an example of that filter not being there; poor, memes, bad, but the story and world building were amazing and did nothing but prop the Star Wars franchise up even higher, if a bit shakily. The sequels are pretty... and that's about it. No plan, no vision, no care, all it did was destroy what came before.
As someone who did see Rebels the blind training scene was baffling. Kanan was at one point blinded and retrained to fight blind. The dude even trained her to fight while he was blind!
@@kalebdiaz1671 no. sabine cant use the force like he did to try to make up for his lack of sight. That was the point: she wouldnt be able to fight blind like the dude they keep bringing up, because shes not adept at the force.
The level of ability with a lightsaber that hayden has is leagues above the others ..after watching all the Disney shows and the sequels is like watching fans cosplay badly ..then hayden pulled his out against ahsoka and u could just feel the difference he came across as so much more powerful and graceful with it ..the reason they had to zoom in so much when ahsoka beat anakin is because it looked so bad ans fake so they zoomed in to the point u couldnt see what was happening u just see their faces and suddenly ahsoka has his saber ..the prequel actors and saber choreographers are levels above the disney ones its not even close ..it was like watching 2 amateur boxers then letting Mike Tyson into the ring Hayden is masterful with a lightsaber everything from his stance his cadence his movements is so pleasing on the eye he oozes charisma he weilds that lightsaber like a real swordsman and u can feel the difference
Watch the sequence slowly and you will realize Ahsoka actually cuts herself into two while grabbing Anakin's lightsaber. More so than trying to hide Rosairo Dawson's incompetence, the showrunners were actually trying to hide their incompetence because noone could think of a better choreography for that scene and they just decided 'heck, we'll zoom in and our stupid audience will not even recognize what's going on'.
He’s sooooo goood!!! He remembers all his old moves! And they look great as always! Such an elegant thing to watch, shame nothing else Disney has strayed from the dance aesthetic of lightsaber duels, easily my favorite part of the prequels.
@@bimbuerton362 these guys trained their butts of back in the day. Plus they had Nick Gillard. He is probably the reason why Hayden's still got it after all these years. He looks really comfortable with the saber like a seasoned fighter.
ok i am no star wars fans, i only watched/binged first half of " andor" and i liked it a lot but i get that it is not "true" star wars or whatever. everything else i tried to watch is so @$$ with garbage scripts. but holy damn, Hayden with his lightsaber moves looked so slick af in these scenes it was so damm cool thankfully we have youtube and i dont have to sit through dogsh^t slop that disney churns out to see good bits. Seeing Hayden in this scene kinda just made me sad it made wish star wars as franchise were good lmao
I never understand why people think Obi didn't know Anakin became Vader when he saw a security recording of Anakin killing younglings and Sidious calling him Lord Vader...
As much as I hate defending the Disney crap, the point was that Obi Wan thought Anikan/Vader was dead. Disneys implication was that he was living under a rock on Tatooine and had no idea Vader (or Anikan) was still around.
AI can only aggregate and regurgitate but not create, which is what human creatives are already doing at Lucasfilm. No wonder why they are so concerned!
I would trust AI to write a decently watchable life action Clone Wars adaptation. Anakin is popular enough that it would even be a financial success. There are many Disney writers I wouldn't trust to do the same.
I'm not so sure. Art itself is a combination of different influences; pure 'originality' does not exist, because no one lives in a vacuum. So I see no theoretical reason AI will not be able to create stuff that feels completely new. After all, artists get better not only by creating, but mostly by consuming. It's impossible to reinvent a genre without having consumed a lot of it. And AI can do that at speed that no human will ever be capable of.
For me it was tfa. I knew from that movie exactly what Disney star wars was gonna be. I was baffled everyone seemed to love it, really glad everyone agrees now it doesn't hold up at all.
man I am so glad I checked out during TFA, after I heard that disney bought SW and canceled the EU, I do not regret it and I was a teenager at the time (how the fuck am I 25 now?)
You playing the clips of the dialogue in the show was actually really smart. Just let the show speak for itself in telling us how terrible the dialogue is. So much of it is just two to three words at a time. "Are you worried?" "No." "Good." "Should I be?" "What?" "Worried." "Nope." Like, that is such a gluten-free exchange that I've actually lost calories just listening to it.
I remember the old EU. In the old EU the empire didn’t die at Endor. It didn’t die after Thrawn. It didn’t die with the birth of the new Jedi order. It took decades for them to finally be stopped and even then the empire had proven to be a major threat due to having several leaders forming their own pocket empires. It took the rebels until eight years after Endor to actually take corusant because the governor of that world simply took over the empire and it was business as usual. The empire had dark Jedi working for them from various sects and most of them weren’t Sith. Hell most of them didn’t even carry red lightsabers. The fall of the empire took a lot of fighting to do and it cost the new republic millions of men and fleets of ships and personnel to do it because the empire was a major power whos main weakness was the heavy handed tactics they used often only worked for a brief time before they lost their momentum and were ultimately out maneuvered. And when palpatine returned in the EU it was as a clone and there was not a “chosen one” prophecy at the time of writing that story. (Although it was still stupid writing by Kevin J Anderson who most fans agree was the Dave Filoni of the old Star Wars series back in the nineties. The mother dicker literally made a Death Star knock off super weapon that was just the laser part being piloted by a Hutt🤦🏻). The new EU is just garbage all around. The empire fell after one major fight. The new republic is corrupt right from day one. The Jedi were completely inconsequential. The empire had legions of Sith and dark Jedi who all dressed the same and used the same weapons. And when palpatine returned in this version there is a “chosen one” prophecy that now makes even less sense than it did before (seriously how do you have a Christ figure in a pantheistic zen setting where there is no God.). Which Dave Filoni made even worse by literally making it so the force has Gods now🤦🏻. The prequels may have be the point where Star Wars took a turn for the worst but Disney Star Wars is where the series just flat out died in a puddle of its own shit while mumbling incoherently. It’s such a mess anymore that I can’t even watch the originals without cringing because in the back of my mind all I’m thinking is “Every last one of you dies miserably and as a complete failure and nothing you did mattered”. Hell I can’t even comfort myself by just saying “there’s only three” because all I think about now when I see the damn title is how badly this series got and how much my time and investment was wasted. How my live for the series was rewarded by having my favorite characters turned into jokes and killed off (and now there literally is no fixing this because with Carrie dead, and Harrison well past giving a shit, there is now second chance to get the band back together.). There is no going back to fix the damage now even if they retconned the entire Disney canon there is never going to be a reunion between Han, Luke and Leia. All that we fans can do is move on from that and I’m so far gone now I don’t even want to look at the title because it’s just a reminder that all of that love and excitement and joy was for nothing. I feel like Harrison Fords character in The Mosquito Coast when he describes his mothers death. “People called it the height of callousness when I walked away from her. It’s not true. I loved her too much to watch her die”. And that’s how I feel about Star Wars now. I can’t watch it anymore because it’s just too mentally taxing to waste time on it anymore. How anyone could watch this after The force Awakens is a sign of deep denial or no higher brain function.
I feel the same way. America and the West are declining fast. Star Wars is just a symptom of a failing empire. Good times make weak men. Weak men make hard times.
Well said. Just go on with the original trilogy and the novels that come after and don’t worry about the other garbage. The prequels were kinda fun visually, but the story wasn’t necessary and the novels aren’t really necessary, unless you want to tie in Rogue Planet to the Yuuhzan Vong series. EU will always be canon in my book and it did the characters justice. We knew in our hearts that after the brilliance of the EU, they were never going to be able to do justice on screen. There was no way there were going to touch Luke’s incredible character arc, so they just killed him off. Doesn’t count as far as I’m concerned. What I read was all approved by Lucas, so it’s canon to me and always will be.
In the original expanded universe, the new republic made an entire military modernization program to build newer and more powerful ships and vehicles for the army specifically to shit on the remaining imperial stuff like star destroyers and AT-ATs, they even replaced the X-wing with a shiney new fighter and they went out of their way to make sure that nothing like what is happening in disney woild ever happen. Would have been nice to see that new republic instead.
The old EU New Republic also was actively looking for any ship it could use. It would never have scrapped a star destroyer. That's why they were trying to recruit smuggler ships and wanted the Katana fleet dreadnaughts from the clone wars in the thrawn trilogy. Stupid Marvel comics did the same thing, giving the Empire all the ships from the original trilogy only like days after order 66. Old EU had a much slower transition from Revenge of the sith tech to OT tech. Vader for example continued to fly black painted jedi starfighters for a long time before getting the prototype advanced TIE.
@@RoboticPope filoni did the same thing with the clone wars, the old clone wars comics the CIS was beating the republic in the first two years and they didn't have venators at the time, now they just spam them. I guess that's another thing to hate filoni for to, he is what caused the EU to be erased in the first place it's rather convenient that his clone wars show is still considered canon is it not?
Disney's version of the new republic is run by absolute idiots. I remember in the Thrawn duology the Republic beat the Remnants of the Empire so hard that they were forced to sign a peace treaty backed by Grand Admiral Pelleon and his fleet.
I thought it was a nice homage to the older movies when Sabine fell into that lava pit and screamed in horror as 95% of her body burned but the medical droids were miraculously able to save her leaving only the faintest of scars in the shape of a heart to remind her to never settle, never give up on your dreams!
@@Valen-mh9fhA Lightsaber is a Lightsaber... they are all of equal strength. Its not "Canon" anymore, but Mace Windu did have a Unique Lightsaber but its abilities were only useable BY Mace Windu. Count Dooku also had a unique Lightsaber, but its the wielder... not the blade itself that matters.
Yep we won against the empire, lets immediately destroy all our ships, the hutts, pirates, independent scavenger groups, mandos will just choose not to attack us
@@hoos3014 That’s the US. The US ALWAYS did that, though that time they still had a functioning Navy and a large National Guard. When all your enemies are on the other side of the ocean, having a large standing army doesn’t seem all that important when you supposedly have plenty of time to build back up without fear of invasion. The Allies then proceeded to sign arms limitation treaties with each other. No one was stupid enough to unilaterally disarm entirely. Britain cut back on its army but kept its navy strong. France sorta did the reverse, though with a focus on fortifications.
I want to state in 2000, I shared a bunk with a kid that was a "Star Wars" genius. He's read the books and everything, and he probably knows more Star Wars than anyone I knew IRL. What did the Rebels do immediately upon taking control? Paint Rebel insignia on the Star Destroyers and use them as flagships, and stuff them with X-Wings. Not tear them apart to make more "Rebel" ships.
Tragic when the best portrayal of Ahsoka's character comes from a teenage girl in flashbacks, than from the main actor playing the title role in the whole series 🤦🤦
it´s even more tragic when you realize that the role of the young actress is just nostalgia bait since in the story it´s just an imagination by the adult Ahsoka and not an actual flashback.
@@TyarrkIt’s sad that Anakin and Young Ashoka are the only good parts of the show, but have ver little screen time. They sho you of have just done the adventures of Anakin and Young Ahsoka, that would’ve been way better
@@Rar830 wouldn´t that be just copying the clone wars? I don´t understand why they even bothered with making an Asoka life action show to begin with. Didn´t she die at the end of Rebels? it´s like Disney has no creative minds among them anymore. They can just repeat the same old stuff over and over again.
Except a few episode of the mandalorian season 1 and the first three episodes of andor It's been years since I didn't watch anything from disney star wars. But the robot reviews hell yeah go for it !!!
Original lines from Dave: Rebels Season 2 finale Ahsoka: "I will avenge my master." Darth Vader: "Revenge is not the Jedi way." Ahsoka: "I'm no Jedi."😁
It's fascinating, & not in any good way, when fans react so emotionally strong to Ahsoka reuniting with Anakin (& in live-action on top of it) than Ahsoka herself that knew Anakin better than any fan watching. The fans are super happy to see him but she barely expresses anything at all. Last they met he was Vader & almost killed her. Has Ahsoka met Luke yet when this show takes place & had the BIG talk about Anakin & his redemption? Does she know of his redemption when she sees him here or doesn't she have a clue? Would be nice if the script & Ahsoka expressed anything so I know when in the jumpy timeline we are at & how she, as the lead protagonist, feels & thinks about anything. Ahsoka used to be a lot more expressive, even as she got older. Her relationship with Anakin was far beyond student & master, they were like siblings. She shouldn't be as over-the-top expressive as these fans seeing Anakin show up but a little bit of happiness just to see him would have helped ME to feel anything underneath the surface. Because that is what all this was, just surface. No content. OK, Ahsoka meets Anakin again. He seems a bit pleased at least to see her again. She on the other hand holds back from us whatever she's feeling & asks him no questions, doesn't ask him anything regarding their last duel that nearly killed her or mentions having met Luke if she has done that by this time etc. Another irony is that Rosario has always been praised to be this great actress & elsewhere she has been! While Hayden has always gotten the worst criticism for being a terrible actor. What I saw now last was reverse! He was a lot better than her in expressing what the character is supposed to be expressing. I get the feeling that Rosario simply does what Dave tells her & goes home with the paycheck while Hayden still respects the SW he used to belong to.
Did you even watch the show(s)? It's established that Ahsoka has trauma because she feels guilty for the creation of Darth Vader. She isn't very excited to see him, because he is the embodiment of (what she thinks) her failure. The last lesson is that she can be who she wants to be, and afterwards she's much more expressive and filled with positive energy, look for example at the last lines of dialogue.
How tired I am of seeing Ahsoka in these new series, even when she really does not have to be there, cannot be understated enough. Star Wars has now become Marvel.

They spent a lot of time in this show with their arms crossed, saying things slow with lots of time waiting for replies. Its so so bad. Disney can't do star wars films and they can't do tv either, what a sad time.
Its like filler so that you only get about 15 minutes of show. You also notice that Anakin did nothing to give Ahsoka closure about the feelings of abandonment she had for him as felt in Rebels. Kind of pointless to have 30 minutes of flashback if she's not also getting closure. I could see that more coloring her fear to not train Sabine.

The worst part about the Anakin cameo is that Lucasfilm will undoubtedly take notice that most people are only tuning into Ahsoka for the Anakin cameo, incentivizing them to crux more of their shows on fan service and cameos
Yep. The Star Wars fandom has confirmed to me that SW is dead. Disney is reasonably thinking: 'wait, so we can do a very bad show, but if we include a cameo in the season, it will be a success! People will forget all the bs and talk about the cameo! Yay!'

I don't see why. It's just another GL character for Disney to disassemble and destroy before their very eyes. And I can't be the only one - but the diversity casting is so jarring and in your face that it breaks immersion knowing they weren't hired for their acting talents, but because the checked skin color and gender boxes. Didn't the flying whales at the end of the battle of Lothal take Thrawn and Ezra to an unknown part of the galaxy at lightspeed? How could someone possibly know where they were and make a mysterious, well guarded space map in an ancient temple that points to their exact location? It just doesn't sense. It also gave me "Rise of Skywalker" vibes with Rey"s quest to find a dagger that would point out the exact location of the Wayfinder that would lead to the resurrected Palpatine. @@RoboticPope i watched some of them in the past. problem is, over time they became less commentators and more squealing groupies. As if their brains deteriorated with the content they watched.
When Ahsoka saw Anakin smile at the end of the episode and then the post-credit scene showed Indy behind Anakin smiling and behind Indy was Will Smith smiling and behind Will Smith was Chris Rock holding a baseball bat winking at the camera had to be the single best moment in television history. I'm so excited to see where they take this!
i also love how the whole thing is motivated by the supposed survival of Thrawn. Five episodes in and not only have we not seen the guy, or any sign of his activity, but we have no idea where the rumor even came from. If I wanted the Rebels crew to combat a returned Thrawn, it would be something like this: New Republic forces disappear in the Outer Rim. When an investigation team is sent there to investigate they find the remains of a space battle so decisive and devastating that it reminds them of Thrawn. More such battle scenes are discovered and soon everyone is spooked about his possible return. When it is confirmed he is indeed back (in this galaxy, not a different one) a huge fleet is amassed that includes the Lothal Rebels. They however, Hera included, refuse because the loss of Kanaan and Ezra traumatized them and they are not yet ready to revisit that conflict. Without their help the fleet is defeated with colossal loss of life including perhaps Mon Mothma herself. The crew feels responsible and decides to lead a counterattack as atonement for their mistake. Using their experience in dealing with Thrawn, they actually defeat him.
Remember the officers in the OT that resembled smart, serious, hard working men despite being the bad guys. Like war movies from the fifties. I really miss that type of character, now we get dumb clowns, angry little men or evil cos evil cannibal
Disney once had the Opportunity to give Ashoka a incredible Arc: She takes over Luke's final training (It's never explained how he became the a**-kicking jedi between 5 & 6). I always loved that Idea, its like... poetry. Becaus it rhymes&sh*t. Imagine a Ashoka show which explains what the f*ck she was doing between 3 and 4, somehow finding and then training the Son of Anakin, and then dying to save him/someone else in the FInale. If done right, i wouldn't even break Canon, and it would actually ... i dunno... ADD SOMETHING?
What a terrible godawful idea! Are you Dave Filoni by any chance? Mary Sue here already took Luke's place, importance, unique aspect, and even story after ROTJ. Now you want her to train him, too? No thanks
We already know what she was doing between 3 and 4 tho. She was in Rebels, which ends right around the Battle of Yavin… And I’d rather that not happen with Luke. Luke needs to be far above Ahsoka. I want Grandmaster Luke back. The guy who didn’t even _look_ at a Sith Lord and the Sith flew into a wall and couldn’t move lol
@@lvplvp you would have to sacrifice all of that storyline, same as rebels, it would work with the modern diseny canon. But i bet it would be better than the shit we received from diseny
@@jerrymuffin8276 Nobody pointed a gun to our heads and forced us to clap to downright shit storytelling we are served. The fans could've stopped supporting these awful shows by not watching them. Alas, let's all clap for member berries and mediocre-to-shit stories. Ahsoka Sue should've been dead in clown wars like GL wanted but Filoni can't get enough of his OC. Disney and Star Wars fans are both morons and deserve each other. The worst thing is they both are ruining it for anyone else.
When Ahsoka inverted her spaceship and gave the imperial tie fighter pilot the finger while Sabine in the navigator seat took a polaroid really set the tone for the series. The future is female!
Damn someone must not be interested in ahsoka to spend time commenting more then 15 times about it….. if you can nothing good to say then just don’t say anything.
I actually did laugh my ass off when I saw the space suit scene where the ship somehow had the gravity of earth yet it was only at the end we were treated to a little side joke about how there is now suddenly no gravity in space. AS SOON as I saw her flip I was oh well she's fucked... but no, this truly has become space fantasy and has dropped all of the sci out of sci-fi. I know there are a lot of ridiculous things in star wars from a science perspective, but this one takes the cake for me. It was fucking hilarious to watch.
To be fair, the only thing I like about this show is Hayden's Anakin performance and TCW flashback scenes. Everything else is so weird. Episode 1-4 weren't good at all for me, but I did enjoy episode 5, I guess they bought me with Hayden, I guess having any glimpse of George Lucas Star Wars in their shows is the only thing I'll ever like until they start making good directed stories that don't mess up what Lucas already established. Thank you for the video Robot Head
Mon Mothma using a lightsaber to quickly heat a pack of ramen noodles was a bit of a stretch. But when she said the ramen noodle cup was made from Bezkar, shit just got real!!!
This show plays on memories of watching clone wars of these mindless smut consumers, there was CGI Rex but in live action wooooooo,i just wonder how long it will take them to realise that 80% of Battle of Heroes was cgi
I remember in the books, which made a lot more sense, the New Republic would confiscate any and all Imperial ships they could find and just rename them to something less ominous, since larger Imperial ships had names like Annihilator or Vengeance or something like that. Not exactly great ship names for a supposedly peaceful republic. But not only did they actively use captured Star Destroyers in their fleet, I'm pretty sure they built a bunch more of them, since it made more sense than spending absurd amounts of money to retool captured Imperial shipyards that could crank out ISDs pretty quickly. They always had some conflict they were fighting and needed ships, so no one really cared what they were sending into battle, as long as it was effective haha
What’s great is that all the characters, no matter what part of the galaxy or if they are aliens, all speak as if they stepped off a bus in Los Angeles.
That scene with the 'Top General' overlay... could work... has worked, in Mass Effect, with Sheppard telling the Council about the Reapers, and the Council just hand waving the report away, because they don't want to see the bigger picture, and Sheppard's only a human after all..
When I saw Anakin my jaw dropped. The editing during that sequence was truly amazing. The fight between ahsoka and Anakin was lacking because.. Ahsokas actor isn't athletic.. But then I remembered all the other scenes.
@@TheOutlandoall I’m gonna say is the Anakin-Vader walking scene is objectively hard. Nondebatable. I don’t watch the show but I saw that scene and got goosebumps.
I feel like that montage of reaction channels over Anakin could be replaced by a montage of dogs taking a sh!t and it would more accurately reflect Disney Star Wars in general.
Saying that the prequel characters can't be described on personality alone is ridiculous. Qui gon is stoic, yes, but he's also righteous and accepting of other cultures, he's benevolent and wise, he's headstrong too. When he believes something, he believes it completely. Obi wan is sceptical but otherwise righteous too, and much like qui gon, but a little less headstrong. Anakin is extremely headstrong and very sure of himself; confident in his abilities, and he is kind and generous but also quite arrogant and stubborn. Padme has a great deal of loyalty to her homeworld and she will do anything to protect it, she is is also very headstrong and quite stubborn, and firmly believes in the things that she believes in, she's confident but reserved. Jar Jar Binks is a clumsy idiot who is also very lucky. Sebulba is a bastsrd asshole. General grievous is an arrogant, cocky dude who is also very powerful in his own right. Mace Windu is dark and stoic but inherently good, he doesn't let any emotion show (the entirety of the ahsoka show is mace windu).
You are absolutely soot on. After what they did to Boba Fett, I've not even bothered to watch another series. The only good piece of Star Wars recently has been Jedi Fallen Order & Survivor.
So, I watch all of your videos and have been subscribed for a couple of years. I usually agree with all you takes on Star Wars and Disney. But dude, this show is GAS. If you watched Rebels, you’d know this show is basically Rebels season 5 and everything about this story so far adds up to Dave’s previous story telling. We FINALLY have a show that is worth watching and people are hating on it. This shit is GASSSSS
Hayden was on the screen for 5 minutes and his IRL lightsaber skills put Rosario to shame. She's so slow and clumsy compared to him, more physical training is needed if she's to be portraying a Jedi as nimble as Ahsoka (who's supposes to use the fastest lightsaber Form).
10:48 I think that's a fundamentally flawed way of thinking about the Empire. That's like saying you have to work for the government to support your country. Or that Nazis were only the soldiers fighting on the front, and only in Germany. I think "For the Empire" doesn't mean they were necessarily working directly for the Empire as it means they supported their way of thinking and/or how things were under their control.
Only listening to this video, I genuinely cannot tell the difference between Ashoka, and Sabine. Their tone and cadence is so monotone and similar to each other, I genuinely can’t tell the difference between them
The thing that I found funny Ahsoka is trying to train Sabin who doesn't even feel the force but Jason who's father was a Jedi no don't train someone who can't feel the force
15:45 I remember saying how order 66 was pointless since so many Jedi survived, and man, did I stir up a shit show I honestly wouldn’t mind if we saw a few Jedi survived, like Cal Kestis (probably because he’s an actual interesting character) but ‘the purge’ really doesn’t feel like a purge when only about 15% of the Jedi died
Thanks for showing "all" the best parts of season 1 in your first 40 seconds. This really saved time. Could you prepare one for season 2 when the time comes?
