People flame the hell outta mids but I think they're nice. Especially with the nice quality that some of them have been having. Nice alternative to the ogs which cost the soul of your first born nowadays
wasn’t the best example. kids go crazy over any non jordan 1 as long as it’s a OG so if OG’s weren’t expensive as mids they’d still be expensive because of the demand
I prefer the high's nylon tongue with the NIKE AIR logo. ✅ Put the high's tongue in the mid & it'd be good to go. 👍 Glad they got rid of the Jumpman logo in the rear/"booty", looks cleaner. 👌

High definitely. But once in awhile, mid have a great colourway, such as reverse bred and reverese Chicago. But one thing to complain. The QC of JD these day is poor. Mine is from Nike store but stiching is like replica. It is suck.
I think that color way is dope, people be sleeping on the Jordan mids but theve gotten alot better in quality. Plus the price point for mids are on point. The high OG are overpriced in my opinion, unless it's the og color ways. Keep up the great work.
It amazes me how people will say the Jordan 1 Mid is trash because they’re a half an inch shorter than the Highs. These have good materials compared to the regular Jordan 1 Mid.
I was working at Footlocker Oakridge(when that was still a thing), back when the old love new love pack came out. Probably my favorite mids. My black toes are practically dead but my new loves are still fairly clean.

I really think the hate for the mids is based on the poor colorway they’ve been released in over the past 5 years. But since the colorway shave been getting better the demand and approval of the mid have improved as well. I just got the 1-Mid pine green-greys and they look amazing. But I’m not stoked about the quality. It’s that leather that won’t crease so it will last forever but it feels like cardboard in my foot. And the toy he is super weak too. I used to have the black in black with red right lights and sole and a white paper sole, just like the red version of the Lance Mountains, and those shoes were so comfortable. The quality of them was above reproach. Such quality. Too bad these aren’t the same. But overall, the mids are making a comeback.
Those are actually pretty fresh. I think I’m gonna cop. Like you, I also have a thing for green sneaks so those will make for a nice addition to the collection.
I love the air Jordan 1s, I have two pairs. The cement and one of the lucky ones to get the “origin story”. The first thing I’d like to say is the difference in quality is crazy between. The AJ 1 no matter the style is one you should have in your closet especially one that goes with most of your clothes.
I know I make this comment a lot but it's so funny when you photobomb your b-rolls. The bloopers at the end were really great too.The AJ1 mids are pretty clean they are kinda squished like you said so that's kinda throwing me off but I would cop some for sure.
I have absolutely no problems with the mids...especially if the quality is on an uptick. I own a couple of mids that I got for cheap at the clearance store. Love them.
The jumpman on the back was the one thing that I didnt like look wise, but if I found a colorway that I like, I'll consider them. Good to see they are make it them a little better

I like highs the best, but mids aren't bad as long as the colorway is looking right. I'm glad that there isn't a Jumpman on the heel anymore. Also, I've seen people take off the Jumpman/Melo patches off the tongues and put a metallic Nike pin in it's place and I think that's cool too.
Much appreciated, most popular ShuTubers don't touch Mid 1 review, like it's beneath them or something. I actually think these are cleaners than any Green, Black and White combination of a High, that I can think of. Would these be hotter in an OG High? Of course! But they're are still super super clean!

The hate on mids is wild. They are like half an inch, maybe, shorter than highs and like 3 inches taller than lows. Unless you're within a foot of the person, you're never going to tell. And if you wear them, they'll still cuff your ankle like highs
I like some of the mids I got the blue and black with paint specal . I know ppl hate those but for me they remind me for some reason of a comic book vibe witch I read comics
Highs , but I used to buy the lows specifically phat lows when they was coming out , I think around the time the count down pacs was dropping too but quality of the 1 mid went down I'm glad to see them made better the green is nice and cream laces are sick too btw.
A year later and the price still hasn't changed much.. might get a pair after watching this .. was contemplating if I should get these or the new Royal Blue with Laser Orange :)
Just picked up a pr of these today on sale-thnx for the vid, it clarifys what im getting. Dunno if i'll keep them though, i'll wait till i have them in hand and then see what the quality of the 'leather' on my pair is. BTW, Bullseye on your quote about Nike & Marketing. I got mine for $108 at Hibbet with a coupon and I love em! People hate on mids but I’m not about to pay out the ass resell for highs. And I really dig lows too but people don’t rock with those either but I sure as hell do
I used to skate in these a while ago when everyone was skating Dunks and 1's. Mids were always cheaper so I think most people were getting Mids to tear up skating, me for sure. Mids look better but just were never in the good colors. These w a green hoodie and khakis woulda been the move.
The melo was not classified as a mid. It was just called a retro 1 high. It’s a weird middle ground because it was not an og high but also not a mid. Thats what is says on my box. But regardless those were the best non-og high to drop in recent years
these probably do well with the non-sneakerhead 'a Jordan is a Jordan' crowd. bummer the blue ones aren't as cool in-person as they seem in pictures, they might've been a potential pick up. Love the highs most, and I still have a few pair of the lows kicking around.
I like mids over highs and for the same reason you said earlier. I just don’t like the way the highs feel on my legs. Plus the highs for some reason stress the FUCK out of my arches. I only have two pairs of 1’s. The Royals and the Bred mids. It’s my OG bred 1 alternate and it only has a slightly different color blocking on the side. The Nu buck quality nice too. Still love my 3’s over them tho lmao
And also people complemented me on the Mids even if it’s underrated and well People called them the Spider-Man Colorway since they are symmetrical Blue and Red
The I was iffy on the green, but these look CLEAN (low-key bars tho) and also I had the same skepticism with the mid jordan ones being trashy in general. Thanks for the opinion, I think you just scored Jordan $120
