I absolutely recommend checking out Alex’s course on the London. I started the course when I stagnated in rapid around 1100 and a little over a month later I’m up to 1465 with no signs of slowing down! Chessable’s move trainer is super awesome at making sure all of the London moves and plans stay memorized. Get through the opening safely and you’ll find your middle games can be fun tactical playgrounds :)

Do I need the video course or is the regular course sufficient?

These longer videos in addition to Alex's London Chessable have done wonders for my ELO! Guys if you haven't bought the course yet (with video is best!), you are missing out

Never had any interest in switching from 35 years of 1.e4, however this is series of videos is quite a convincing advertisement.

Hi Alex, Hay Friend, Congratulations on the generous support you received during the closing segment of this video. I'm enjoying my evenings with you very much. Thanks for taking the time to review key moments in the games and taking a bit of proper time with your audience in helpful instruction and concepts. Most appreciated, ... Mike.

Hi, was going through a line in your course 1.d4 d5 2. Nf3 Nf6 3. Bf4 c5 4. e3 Nc6 5. Nbd2 cxd4 6. exd4 Bf5 7. c3 e6 8. Qb3 and noticed Bd6 is not mentioned. I swear remembering that you recommended Bxd6 followed by Be2 to keep it simple. Also, unless I'm remembering incorrectly, you made a video with 9. Qxb7 continuation but I can't seem to find it? Thanks for your help:)

Patzer is a German word and it means blunder. You can also call a person a Patzer. In that case you'd call him a bad player or, depending on the context or how you interpret it, you'd call his birth a mistake :D lol
