3:50 I think it’s funny how you said it’s a bad thing for your opponent when they take so long thinking of a move after grabbing a stray pawn, then you proceed to think for a long time after their move 😂

Would also like to see some coverage in what to do vs queen side pawn storms against the London! Such as b6 c5 bb7 I try to listen to Nimzo and "counterattack with the center" but it gets tricky!

@@AlexBanzea I actually have the written down notation if you’d like me to send it to you. I lost to a bad tactic where they captured my center pawn with a knight and my queen was opposite of a room if I had taken. I somehow spaced it and I went for G4 push

In game one I like Na3 over Nc3, we can still play lines with Nb5 but also have a Nc4 option if black prevents Nb5
@fazzolarijames
@fazzolarijames Год назад
Yeah this is my preference too, easier to play if they decline the pawn.
@AlexBanzea
@AlexBanzea Год назад
That's fine in this situational case, but usually Nc3 is always good, while Na3 is not playable against the ...d5 lines!

Have you tried the Caro-Kann?
@simon_sch
@simon_sch Год назад
@@AlexBanzea i tried it here and there. I also watched so many yt videos about it. But the Playstyle feels still strange to me. Somehow i always end in the king's indian after the first Two pawn moves cause my opponent plays some weird 500 ELO stuff. And what happens if my OPP doesn't open E4? Is the caro kann still playable then? 🙈

It’s weird how your “Caro-Kann” has the new RU-vid “Featured Playlist” addition to the vids but not the London System. Guess they rolling it out not only slowly for individual channels, but also only select playlists 🤔

Reporting you for “stalling” whilst taking your time in a winning position is desperate 5:10

@@AlexBanzea I believe it kicks in like this when you do not play a move for a while and then your opponent reports you for stalling. It's easy to miss the timer too -- which can be frustrating.
