@@serpentcrown just standard, one day I took the 2 exhausts off, leaving just the resonator, it did sounds good but not Alfa good, I'm convinced that the special sound comes from the intake, in that regard I'm planing to change the air filter, shortening the big snorkel it has . Anyhow , let me tell you, I drove a 156 2.0 and a 146 1.6, the crisp response on the gas pedal and that sound as they climb in revs doesn't exists on my car , right now I'm cleaning the intake valves and the injectors...after that I'l come back with feedback ;)
I can't believe that's only the 1600. I have the same in 2.0 Selespeed with C&B Cams, Sports exhaust and custom inlet to the bumper and then remapped. I'm in Australia and these are a super fun car as well. I just never knew the 1600cc could go this well. BTW> The joke does work in English. I could never drive that fast on the RH side of the road. I'd end up in the wrong lane, in the bushes or going the wrong way, for sure.
