The ships feel kinda small, and this is a big problem to me since im obssesed with massive ships. Also i was hoping to see some ships the size of the man of wars in black flag. Also only 10 ships?
All the ships look so stubby and disproportioned. This is such a massive and miserable step backwards from Black Flag it’s truly marvelous this game was made at all.
to be honest, I was hoping for ship designs from the 16th century as well, as I like there astetics more than the mostly flat topdecks from the later ones
Guys, just wait! They will bring man'o'wars and frigantines in some later seasons... Maybe in battlepass. Of course for real money, what do you expect? You know, the game developing very hard nowadays, it's so hard they even can't do proper boarding and exploring on legs. Just give them around... Let's say 10 bucks for one frigantine and that'll do. (Obviously, sarcasm)
Yeah, let's wait 10 years... Then they could keep working on the game and release in 2034 instead then 2024! It's now or never, It's not like I'm going to start playing this game again in 10 years... And Im not expecting anyone else. Because the end game content is just collecting P8 I heard from everyone speed running the game.
There are mod for AC:Black Flag , if you want frigate or manOwar. They work well too , only a few campaign sequences are buggy if you change your small brig for a manOwar
@@keyboardking8008 Black Flag suffers from 4 ship unoriginality. Schooner, brig, fridge, and Man 'O war. Useless one shot (or merely graxes your hull) gunboats, and civilian ships. The Queen Annes Revenge is just an awkward modified version of a Frigate, and the other type is the 16 Man 0 War variations in the game. English, Spanish, Portuguese, Hunter, in-story Captain's ships, legendary ram, legandary pirate, legandary normal. Basically the same huge stubby Man 'ø War model with tiny indifferenes in the ship. A front Bowsprit mast the height of a 15 story building. Where are the Military Galleons? Civilian travel ships, historical vessels, and the ability to make amazing legendary ships. Carracks were very much still around, and miscellaneous American trading /cannon ships. Man 'O' wars are also very varied both in size and cannon power and design. A 1700 Man O war is very different (even by nation and status) from an 1800 Man Œ War. The sovereign of the seas dwarfed some of the 1750 Man o'f wars. I'm tired of saying man o war.
This is just sad they originally touted we could have dialed third all the way up to 100 Gun first rate ships of the line larger modded frigates and galleons this is just the jack daw reskinned 7 times
All ships look small and short in length!? I know that pirate was using these ships in the past. But common !!! Give us bigger ships like Frigate and Man O War.
Non historical rigging on most ships, the snow isn’t a snow, most of the sloops look so top heavy they would probably capsize if taking to much wind or hit by wave. Historically the most used pirate ships were sloops and in general one master vessels, but not like this. Also not a single frigate??? I’ve seen them in the trailers Imaging paying $70 for this lmao
8 to 9 years of development in addition of so many delays, And also so many Ubisoft studios working at the same time at this project, And the result feels cartoony and the most aspects of this game feels absent,
The old PS2 title Pirates: The Legend of Black Kat Can do more than this game 😂, I'd rather play a remastered version of that game than Skull and Bones 😂😂
