I'm sorry you're experiencing this. I'm not able to provide individualized advice to people I'm not working with one-on-one (it's illegal and unethical.) I would highly recommend speaking with your current provider or a new one if the one you're working with doesn't have the answer. This book might also provide some guidance while you work with your healthcare team: www.amazon.com/dp/B07G42W7MQ/ref=dp-kindle-redirect?_encoding=UTF8&btkr=1

I have a whole video and blog post on inositol. You can watch the video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0ob9L_PI-B4.html

Thank you so much! A clarification: is THC bad for people with PCOS?? I feel like I keep getting mixed messages.

Hi there. I'm not an expert on cannabis or its constituents. Can't answer that for you. Be well!

@@LiveFertile I see. I inferred that because your guest said THC is inflammatory.

@@activerewriting Hi there! I had to go back and watch that part of the video (we recorded this 2-3 years ago.) She cited another dietitian's presentation, but I never verified it for myself after our interview. So I can't/ won't cite her citing someone else as definitive evidence. I would need to look at the research to feel comfortable providing further information. Thanks for all of your comments and curiosity!

I don’t think I agree with her? I think pcos can be reversed ? I heard many stories of woman who were able to reverse there’s

Thank you for sharing. I agree with Melissa on this one. With PCOS, people can and do manage their symtpoms with lifestyle changes, but if they stopped doing those things and go back to old habits, the symptoms come back. They have to continue following those changes to keep the symptoms from returning. "Reversing" or "curing" the condition suggests the symptoms won't return even after the changes are discontinued.
