I live in Newark and while me and everyone around me loves our hood, I also know that every one of us wishes we could move our family out of here. I had some crips try to cut me on the train when I was coming back from Flatbush on a late night. There were 4 of them. I switched cars and they walked between cars until they got to the car I was in. Next stop I got up out of there. This was around 2000.
