I am a Chinese born in 1995. When I was little, I had to climb a mountain to go to school.and it took me a few months to eat a meal of meat. I am the happiest during Chinese New Year, because my parents will buy me new clothes. Later, the government implemented a village-to-village policy, and the cement road was directly repaired to the entrance of our village. Now I work in Shanghai and bought a house in my small county a few years ago. Life now is really unimaginable before. I think that's why 99.99% of Chinese people support CPC!

As a Chinese, I have never been more proud of my country. The Chinese leadership together with my fellow compatriots deserve all the credit due for the amazing achievements and transformations taken place over the past 40 years, in fact the past 200 years since the Western colonialists aggression, China has fought hard, worked hard for everything they have today. And I have no doubt we will continue our efforts to make China an even better place.

China's rise kind of reminds me of Japan's rise to power over 100 years ago. Japan was a poor country, but rised to power in only 40 years. China is also a similar story. China was poor and undeveloped, but now, China is a superpower and on track to overtake the US economically by 2035 or earlier. We, as Americans, need to stop listening to American politicians and western news media and respect China and consider China as a friend, not a enemy

China's name for the US is 美国, literally the beautiful country. As a Chinese who has travelled in the US, what is 美beautiful about America to me, is it's people. Many of my compatriot's share that view. We can easily distinguish between the war mongering, imperialist oligarchy that rules the US and the ordinary American who wants exactly the same things as us; peace and prosperity. To remind me of this truth, whenever I see hear another US politician braying for war with China, I just watch a video from Cyrus Jannsen or a host of other ordinary American's posting videos about their real life experiences of China.

The CCP is ideologically opposed to the founding ideals of the U.S. The United States is about freedom, liberty, and individual rights. China doesn’t believe in any of those. And they have gained their technology and knowledge in part by stealing intellectual property from Americans. While China has not successfully invaded other countries, they couldn’t even take over Taiwan and their invasion of Vietnam lasted a whole two weeks, their treatment of dissent within their country is ruthless. They are not our friends and they are not anyone else’s friend either. Ask Vietnamese fishermen in recent years who have been shot at because the Chinese want to claim Vietnamese waters for themselves. The belt and road initiative is about Chinese domination and control - all to the benefit of the CCP.

Our founding PM Lee Kuan Yew told him that with China’s hard working and talented people it will surpass Sg in 30yrs. Yes, it did. It’s govt officers came to study & learn from our govt agencies, brought back knowledge and adapted for China’s progress. Western powers recognised the future vitality of the Chinese market as soon as the Bamboo Curtain fell. VW quickly established production of Volkswagen cars, soon with plants in five provinces. GM and others quickly followed. Low cost of production is a small part of the success, but huge quantities of scale contributes a great deal of efficiency. China's commitment to providing energy for industry and domestic uses is a reason for the shift of industrial manufacturing from western economies to China.
