It is enjoyable seeing other people knocked over by this rising star...Her understated confidence is very appealing.

What struck me at first is the way she kick off her slippers and especially when she bends to place them correctly tells us a lot about her personality and her upbringing. Angelina is well brought up, disciplined and orderly.

Angelina on top! and the band did great, every one of them a jazz player, right there with her, playing so, so well. Loved the interaction with the guitarist, and the drummer was just great! Congrats on your 100K btw, well deserved.

I’m not getting that shy goofy part at all and I don’t think she is ever scared to be there. In fact she has specifically said that she loves to be on stage and is never nervous or scared. Nothing bad about disagreeing of course :-) I see her coming on stage radiating happiness, taking of her slippers to perform barefoot and goes on greeting the audience and talking to them with confidence and radiating happiness the whole time. There are video’s of her being interviewed and what I see is her being very deliberate and carefully choosing her words: she doesn’t blurt out answers just like that. That may give a sense of shyness and being reserved of course. But she looks at ease, doesn’t get flustered, isn’t twitchy, looks confident etc. Again nothing bad about disagreeing and this is just my take on it :-) If you’d like I can copy in some of those interviews: they are nice to watch! We fully agree on how amazing she performs and the bright future ahead of her beckoning her to come. I love what she did with this song of Labyrinth giving a wonderful jazzy R&B kind of twist. I love those ‘Iiiiiiiii’m on top of the world’ and those precise high pitched runs she does on ‘Woo-hoo’.

Many artists can use their voice as an instrument in a special way. Angelina can use her voice as an instrument in many ways. And put emotions into the sounds coming out.

OMG I was shocked and overwhelmed. What was THAT? I knew neither the original singer Labrinth nor this song. I listened straight away. Was interesting but not my taste. Then I listened to Angelina's version again, I don't know how many times, her version blows my mind, WOW. This girl kills me, Angelina's courage, this self-confidence with this song to open her concert. Based on this one performance, it's safe to say the 'established' commercially successful female singers are about to get a reality check and will have to retool their level of skill, if they can.
