This looks delicious! I actually tried this recipe, but my cheese came out a little curdled. Any advice how to make the cheese smooth? I think I may have over cooked the sauce. Thanks for the great recipes!!

Directions: While pasta is boiling, you can prepare the cream sauce. Set a large pan, add butter, minced garlic, olive oil, cover and saute for 2 minutes then add cut up prosciutto, cover and saute for another minute. Then add heavy cream, peas, salt and pepper, cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Once the pasta is fully boiled, strain the pasta and stir in the cream sauce, garnish with chopped parsley. Bon appétit!
