Apple Think Different - Steve Jobs Narrated Version 

I prefer this version with Steve narrating..one of the best commercials of all time imo. Apple should redo this and have a clip of Steve at the very end.

I don't know why every time I watch this I'm f*ing cry...

5 years today... R.I.P Steve. Thank You for pushing the human race forward.

His legacy won't be Apple's amazing products or Pixar's blockbuster films. Like other greats, his legacy will be his profound inspiration in the hearts of future generations.

Wow. 8 years ago I used this video in a presentation for one of my courses in undergrad. In the presentation, we were to make a "life contract" for ourselves. At the time I had no idea what I wanted to do when I graduated, but I knew I would spend my life searching high and low for the answer. Today, I am 2 weeks from graduating with a Masters in Gerontology, and my mission even before I began the program was to learn as much as I could about aging in order to change how we care for our older adult population. I can't wait to see exactly how I do it in the next 8 years.

Steve jobs, you've been an idol to so many and a man that gave the world so much. You will never be forgotten, your ideas and legacy will always be remembered. Thank you for all you have given us, may you rest in peace.

I don't usually remember commercials too well. But this sure stands out. Definately among my all time favorites to see.

Irresistible 1 minute of commercial by Apple. No matter how old it becomes, no matter how many times I hear this iconic narrative...it gives me shivering goosebumps. It always revives, rejoices, rejuvenates, generates perseverance, motivation and inspiration for a new start again if you ever feel you fall behind..!! I always have tears in my eyes and most of the times I end up crying like a baby while watching this video. I don’t know what Life is telling me, but I am feeling the vibe. We have always been unfair to these people. Please help and support people who work for us selflessly, sacrifying everything in pursuit of the collective growth, not these modern people who do social work for money and fame. We pray and worship God and do all the nonsese to impress him, but none of you could ever be good to these messengers of God, how do you expect peace? The saddest part of this video is all of the personalities are dead, soem of them were killed; we don’t have someone like them in this generation beacuse 98% of the leaders, celebrities, spritual preachers and telegenic faces are fake! Yet I believe we will have someone righteous who will rise up in the midst of this chaos and be our light. I am literally in tears as I am writing this. They actually push the human race forward.

Without a doubt the best commercial ever made. This is the only commercial I’ve ever watched that inspires me to my core. This commercial alone shows Jobs’ marketing genius.

I just love this ad - it never fails to put fire back in my belly for life and 'walking your own walk' I don't see it as an endorsement of the people in it merely something to get you thinking again. Anyone with an idea that 'taps too loudly to ignore' knows creativity is rarely compliant - it just 'is' and just needs faith that the masses don't share ie belief before results. Everyone will receive this ad differently as luckily we all have different definitions of beautiful, inspiring, touching (even annoying) but to the haters here - your thoughts were provoked enough to comment - you vilified but didn't ignore it...

A few years ago, I became obsessed with Steve Jobs and Apple after I watched the JOBS movie at school and like a few days later I wrote down "while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do" on a piece of paper for my teacher to have forever. I can't remember her name because I no longer go to that school but she was one of my favorite teachers because she inspired me to idolize Steve Jobs and Apple. I will never forget her because of that.

Something about this ad is different from anything else, other than it's historical value and ability to make you possibly cry. Even decades later no-one has ever got close to doing something even remotely similar to this.
