Can I cook more steaks in different temperatures in the same time? Like let's say i have to cook 2 medium rare ,1 medium and 2 well done? My boos bought it for a new restaurant that we are opening but i have never use this oven before

Well HEATED bar marker cast pan one aother plate could maybe potentially infuse fat drippings steam on the meat maybe ?

When in real commercial kitchen this wouldn’t be easier. Because of the size of the steaks. This will be fine with same size and same cuts of meats. If you running a function then this will be helpful.

that is not going to work. need 4 steaks done different temps you would never get them done in a rush.
