Jump 15 i love the way i feel after every workout, my body craves for exercise for the very first time!! I have some suggestions for videos, 1 the reasons why we have to mix jump rope with bodyweight exercises, jumping rope is cool and all, but sometimes it's raining and i personally cannot go to the park to jump, so i do some tabata sets of burpees, you may do a double under crisscross video tutorial, and a workout at home with no rope, people that can't go out to jump rope in a rainy or snowy day will appreciate that.

Thank you very much for the suggestions they are much appreciated as I love to produce what viewers ask for. I will see what I can do. The main reason I keep the rope involved is because my channels central focus is the jump rope. However, I can see what I can come up with in regards to a rope-less workout. Gosh, I always used to get pain in my wrists when using rope! So a great reminder to check the grip first before you beginning the exercise.

Yes! Sounds small and insignificant, but the grip can make a huge difference. Especially with the heavy ropes!

@@Jump15official to be honest at the moment I am not using rope to exercise as I alternate my exercise depending on season. It is winter here in the UK so its hot yoga and walking :-)

the heavy rope grip in the vid has hinges. using wrist on heavy jump rose is very risky in that if there are no hinges on the handle your wrist injury will greatly increase. just something you must know when dealing with weighted ropes. be sure they have hinges on the grip that allows it to spin while jumping. that way you not overworking your wrist. messed up my wrist on a weighted rope that had no mobility on the handle. now im not skipping at all. strictly battle ropes for the moment

I think by hinges you are referring to bearing attachments? The only way to jump at a higher level with a heavy rope is with this style. If you're using a non bearing handled heavy rope it will try to twist the handle with every jump making it incredibly difficult to develop any kind of speed or performance. Protect those wrists!

Hi ! I recently got the Get Lean set. I feel tension/pain in my left index finger when trying to swing the 1/2 pound rope. Any pointers or tips to hold, since I am using it with the slim handles instead of the handles that come with the Get Strong set ? 😕

Try gripping the handle the same as the heavy rope grip shown in this video. It works with any handle if you are feeling tension in your fingers or wrist. Let me know if that helps!

They provide extra upper body engagement and add a whole different challenge to stamina and form stability. They don't sound like much, but once you try them you really start to understand.👍
