Just found your video, and it’s EXACTLY what I wanted to find. Thanks! These are the two saws I’ve been torn between, and the Decut seems better but it would cost $300 shipped, vs $220 for the Weston. Is the Decut worth the extra $80 in your opinion? I’m located in Canada so options are mor3 limited. Thanks again!
Hi Brendan, I have used both and I like the decut better, has a thinner, more precise cut and micro adjustment able. The weston is built for, I would say to be more of a work house for dozens of arrows a day. I just don’t need a saw to use that often, but I also think the decut will last a long time too. Keep in mind, when I got my decut both blades were broken because it is thin. I now have extra blades just for reassurance. I have not needed to replace the first one yet. Btw you can get extra blades from Lancaster archery, $5 each. Hope that helps.
