As a leader, you’re always being watched.
I don’t say that to be creepy, it’s simply true.
Those around you take cues, not only through what you say and listen to, but your habits, behaviours, emotions, energy and so on, your very presence.
They learn what to do and what not to do, what is acceptable and what isn’t, what will bring praise and reward and what might bring criticism.
