so audrey "knew" Ashley was attempting to kill taylor w coke on sep 8 (and then knew she missing + town rumors) but then remained friends and went out to farm w/ ashley. lovely group.
@@roilynnbrown5890 "The one who knows the good he ought to do, and doesn't do it, sins" (James 4:17) is one definition. "Anything done apart from faith is sin," (Romans 14:23) is another.
Valincia Pruitt I agree! Not only did they hear her talk about it, she told one of them she actually put drugs in the girls beer and she spit it out. And STILL, the friends didn’t say a word. So scary!!!
So the 1st chick knew Ashley wanted to murder Taylor by drugging her with cocaine and even went with her to purchase the drugs? But not once did she call the police to tell them of Ashley's plans? She's just as guilty in my eyes. Stay away from this lady.
Exactly! I'm guessing she received immunity in exchange for testifying against MacArthur. ... but definitely not a good person to be around. Not to mention she's a medical assistant now!? Wow!
I've watched the interrogation of Zachary McArthur, his demeanor was so different. At that time he didn't believe his wife has anything to do with it. He was quite chatty. Now he seems to be a broken man. Not only financial of course, his heart is broken. He wanted to go back to law enforcement so badly, one of many dreams shattered.
1:08:24 Isn't that special how she mouths to her husband "i love you babe" when he's walking by. What a evil person she is. She has no idea what love is.
Why do I get the impression after hearing these witnesses that Stix was in the middle of a strip mall next to a Rent-A-Center and a burned down Chuck E Cheese's?
She was already in legal trouble before this murder, Ashley was in trouble for racketeering. She is so money hungry she could not see it any other way. Taylor never deserved this
In all these hours of interviews and information, Ashley doesn't bring up her daughter even ONCE. Especially noted when she's going through her days, telling the police what she did each day. Did she ever even see her daughter? Does the daughter not live with them? I know Zach said the daughter is homeschooled - does she live with a relative who is also homeschooling her? They talk about going out to dinners, lunches, hanging out at the bars, strip clubs, going to friends' houses, going on trips, and not once is the daughter even mentioned except that she has a horse at the aunt's farm. Very bizarre.
Wasn't her job to help her Audrey did nothing wrong, mind your own business I would of done the same thing, not her job to protect a person who you owe nothing to nor have any allegiance too.
What's totally creepy too is she hears Ashley wanting to kill Taylor, goes w/Ashley to buy the drugs and then goes off to visit someone in the hospital?! Wow, how completely messed up is her brain!
Audrey may have saved Taylor’s life if she called the police as soon as she heard Ashley’s plan to put cocaine in Taylor’s beer. She should be charged for withholding info that could have stopped this murder.
Haha that's exactly what I thought in the last video, the other two girls are "medical assistant's". Stix must be the path that leads to better things. Lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lots of us bartended and waitressed when we were young and moved on to better careers. It's nice that all you who commented had a silver spoon up your a** and didn't have to. It's a natural first job for most of us.
@@dr10foxXx I agree. Sometimes a bartender's make decent money. I too bartender and and paid my way to college and graduated a paralegal. Not all bartenders drink on the job !
No point asking her husband if he noticed anything different about her ,he didnt even notice his wife was sleeping with another man DOH!!! Great Police instinct looooool
I thought in the police interview she said they had an "open" relationship? Anyway if they did or didn't Zach was a victim as well this ashley was pure evil
Some spouses cover it real well. "Im going to the gym" "We need milk do you need anything else at the store" " Im at work" Theres a million things spouses do each day that no one blinks an eye at.
I can't believe Ashley has the nerve to say "Hey baby" when her estranged Husband passes by her at 1:08:22 After he had to sit & hear that she has been having affairs & spending tens of thousands of dollars, of their money on her boy toys.
Hahah as each witness on stand was asked how they knew the defendant, all the women answer "I was a bartender at Stix (lol cant recall the name of the bar...only that it had the word sticks in it...but the owner did say it was spelled stix). When each woman is asked what they currently do for a living, they ALL say "medical administration" (a "nicer" way of saying a secretary at a doctor's office)... After the second one said the same as the one before her I found it a bit funny, but then the 3rd says the same thing and I just find that a bit odd lol. I wonder how that decision was made as a trio lol...maybe one day while all of them where at work bartending together they agreed that they where tired of this job and dealing with drunk, annoying, loud, demanding customers and they needed a new career path...then maybe they each wrote a profession down on a little piece of paper and mixed them up in a hat and decided that which ever career choice is pulled from the hat is what they would go to school to train for! 🤣 Haha....obviously I have no clue how or why they all ended up in the same job, but that's the situation that my mind went with haha.
So did you go to college for free? Or did mommy and daddy pay your way? How do you think most people afford college if they don’t already have a degree?
Don't you just love it when the murderer sits there writing like she knows what she's doing. Like it's really significant. I despise bad people. Imagine taking someone's life over money.
How morbid is that: sitting back and witnessing someone trying to poison another person and calling the next day for update on how the attempted murder worked out. Goddamn.
I made this exact comment on the first part. Regardless of the playlist, they should still do it. A lot of people don't like to use those playlists. Just a suggestion.
@@kandizee826 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️Let's not state the obvious here. I'm saying this woman seems genuinely nice -- nicer than most prosecutors WITH state's witnesses. You can't see it? Forget that these are the state's witnesses for a moment; don't you think she just seems sweet? I can't blame ya, I suppose. There are dipshits on RU-vid. I'm not one of them though 💁🏼♀️
Ashley McArthur is writing out of nervous anxiety from guilt just like the trial of Mark Sievers. Mark was doing the same exact thing as Ashley is doing right now. The guilty cannot look at the accusers on the stand.
Steve G; She's already serving a 7yr sentence for fraud, embezzlement and racketeering. This is just the icing on the cake. Let's hope the jury does the right thing and add death or life without parole to her resume!
for sure and def more credible then the last bunch... that said. why did the state or defense not ask him about Taylor's disappearance like they did the others? like when, he leaned of it? who told him? did him and Ashley discuss it? etc. and who give a crap about his ATV? i dunno...maybe he gets recalled later, but at this point i sure have more questions for him.
I think you’re both wrong....the police searched everywhere and took a cadaver dog all over, and they didn’t find anything. Then a deputy or something happened to catch what he thought was an irregularity on the ground, and discovered the body. Apparently, he very nearly missed it bc it was so well camouflaged.
@@voraciousreader3341 I wonder if she had done a better job of disposing of the body so that it would have never been found if she would still have been convicted or even charged for that matter?
Not sure why the defense keeps asking witnesses whether Ashley seemed ‘nervous or anxious’ after September 8th. All that tells me is she has sociopathic tendencies
I guess... There's a major difference between psychopaths and sociopaths and I feel these two terms are overused. Until there's an actual diagnosis that's just conjecture.
A former police officer does not know where $43k went that he was awarded from a car accident. Dumber than dumb. No wonder Ashley pulled off what she did. Husband is incredibly unaware. Explains why we have such poor policeman in Florida.
Her husband had to have know she was a completely immoral character. She'd previously been convicted on charges of racketeering (of her own family's business if I'm not mistaken) and sentenced to several months in prison & three months probation. I think if Ashley's own aunt and cousin testified as prosecution witnesses, it speaks to her character.
This whole trial seemed odd to me. The MacArthurs went to a wedding, left separately, they didnt know what each other was doing during the day, etc. not to mention Audrey Warner being totally suspect...
Sweetly creeping in; How did she have time to raise a child/Savannah, given she seemed to work all day and night and spend all her free time scamming and sleeping around? Unbelievable.
yes and you can make that statement because you know everything about this stranger and are able to see alternative realities. What a completely brainless statement.
So she goes to buy drugs, remembers the dealers name and spent $250 on drugs, but doesn’t not remember who handed off the money. She is lying. She paid the dealer. I believe she was in on it.
Don’t think for one moment that Ashley McArthur would have kept silent if her friend Audrey was in on it. She would have thrown her under the bus to get a deal. Audrey got a lawyer when she realized her friend must have murdered Taylor when she was missing, She did the smart thing and sought legal counsel.
Drug dealer will come to the side of the car that provides the most cover from prying eyes , ...if thats the side of the car that Audrey is sitting on then ashley will pass the money to audrey who will then pass it to dealer, naturally audrey dosent want to admit in a court of law that she played any part in he transaction of drugs though...I also agree with the point Brattysauce below,...theres no was ashley wouldnt have thrown her friend audrey under a bus if she had the oppurtunity....if only to deflect some of the blame from herself
@@michaelo2522 , yeah usually they get in the car and the transaction is done inside of the car. I have neve seen a drug dealer do that standing outside of the car taking money and handed over drugs in the middle of a parking lot. In fact even inside of the car, they dont want you raising the cash up to high inside of the car because anyone could be watching
If that woman Audrey knew McArthur was going to harm Taylor by putting drugs in her beer why didn't she inform the police, that was a huge warning sign, and look at McArthur's eyes, she looks so cold and calculating, the face of Evil
With the questioning by that chap...he asked 2 witnesses if they had noticed blood or blood splattering on Ashleigh...who would murder someone and then walk casually around all day covered in blood???
When Ashley went to the farm with Audrey, I bet she felt a 'thrill' being so close to Taylor's dead body. At this point, she had gotten away with it so far.
What judge tells a witness only when the defense is about to question “ keep your answers short?” Never have I heard a judge say this in front of the jury to witnesses only when defense is about to question them.
We'll have to see how she deals with witnesses for the defence before making a full conclusion. It is "odd" that she's telling witnesses to keep answers short. Some questions require a detailed answer.
Sadly, I spent to much time in court. I saw things that I wish I could unsee from judges and attorneys. Let me tell you, the best liar wins court cases, especially in Family Court. Be it the defendant, plaintiff, or the attorney. OR WITNESSES.
I don’t know anyone with back issues, including myself, that can sit that long in a chair like Ashley is sitting in. I would be shifting constantly and needing to stand up a lot.
agree! I have 3 herniated disk and my sciatica is pinch on both sides. I am never sitting and when I do is for short period of time. I actually took my GED laying on the floor!
Ashlynn Jeffties I definitely understand your pain! I have all that, spinal stenosis and a neck fusion I was born with. Congratulations on getting your GED!
Did ya'll catch her say "Hi baby!" to her husband after he came off the stand? Ain't love grand! They only got married in 2014, so that went south record fast, she's already had an affair, took all his money, is in jail for other crimes, murdered someone, now jailed for life. I guess the poor lummox still hasn't had enough yet.
Ashley's husband was completely checked out wasn't he? They had an open relstionship, he said she definitely didn't drink and he didn't hang around criminals, drug users. Hope all this opened his eyes up. Good Lord dude.
Lol Mr Defense Attorney, like a Former “Crime Scene Tech” is gonna let ANYONE see them with blood on them or dirty and disheveled after killing someone.
She was a “crime scene technician” so yeah I think she was smart enough to know not to walk around in blood stained clothes, maybe she thought ahead and had a change of clothes.
I find it quite suspicious that Ashley knew a drug dealer at all. She repeatedly told anyone who'd listen that Taylor was a cocaine addict. The dealer knew her enough to trust her to sell a fairly large quantity of cocaine so it seems likely Ashley had used it also.
If you really look at it you would see Ashley couldn't find coke herself thtss why she asked Audrey if she could get some cuz when the da asks her questions she remembers everything but who handed the money it's obvious Audrey did get the coke for her but said she couldnt recall so she wouldn't admit guilt over the stand but she remembered everything else
Or Ashley was going with Taylor to pick up & that's how T knew her to trust her enough. But honestly, $250 in coc isn't an insane amount- it's not called the 'rich man's drug' for no reason. Ashley is guilty tho
All those girls except for Jessica were doing coke. Taylor, Audrey, Ashley, the pool hall owner, etc. I say not Jessica because she was upset that she even saw the bag of coke.
I’m sorry, but if my “friend” was like “Hey! I’m gonna put cocaine in this girl’s drink to hopefully overdose her...Hey! Let’s go get some cocaine!” I most definitely wouldn’t be like “Sure! Let’s go!” I would’ve ended our friendship then and there.
I noticed it too. The bartenders became medical assistants, which is good. Who knows they will proceed to higher learning in the medical field in the future.
Dear Brandon, I love you so much. Remember how I bought you that boat and the guns and the motorcycle? Do you think you can put some money into my commissary so that I can buy some Ritz crackers? Sincerely, Ashley. I mean seriously what can she possibly be writing?
It’s SO crazy that Ashley spoke about putting drugs in her beer to get rid of or kill her and nobody found that disturbing!?! And then asked how it went and was told she spit it out. I just don’t get it.
What is your wife’s college degree in? “Crime scene…maybe something to do with that…I don’t know” You mean Criminal Justice? Yeah He knows his wife so well. 😂
Judge has time to banter about the thermostat and crack wise but cracks a whip over the witnesses to keep it at yes or no answers. I've never seen a judge so obsessed. Usually it's the lawyers who try to get short answers to either trick people or pin down squirrelly witnesses.
I have to admit, so far in this trial, that I watched, most of the testimonies are dodgy .. especially the girls who worked at the bar, her lover, and some what her husband too. How can he not check their bank account and notice what's happening to their money....I just think, there's more that they're not saying
An old friend of mine emptied her joint account the day before filing for divorce. She charged up all the credit cards, too. Poor guy didn’t have a clue for a couple of days. (I’m not friends with her anymore.)
My husband never checks our accounts. When he's spending too much money I tell him to slow down a little bit and he says okay. He knows I'm very frugal so I'm sure that's part of the reason.
@@rmyoung77494 I could never do that to my husband. We're proud of where we are financially and we did it as a team might not have the greatest marriage but I could never hurt him like that
I really think that this Audrey the “bartender,” was in on this murder, just as much as Ashley was! I think they gave her immunity for her testimony, so evidently they couldn’t prove that Audrey was involved, however, I think a jury might have believed it, because it’s OBVIOUS! 😮
Audrey actually was smart and got a Lawyer who told her what NOT to say. She coulda slipped up one small time but she never does. She def seems like shes hiding something but...lawyer coached her well ;)
The defense attorney asked Audrey “so she would’ve drank a beer IN THE MORNING” all incredulous and Audrey answers yes like he’s stupid to even question that.
I kept asking my husband the same thing....what the hell is she WRITING? So, was wondering where the money came from....stolen from the victim and stolen from her husband's settlement. What a evil monster. I feel sorry for her husband.
No I didn't do it. Yes, maybe. Did i. I must have. Oh well, what the hell. I'm cooked! Possibly i can write a best seller, so lemme start now. Tired of listening to these legal fools. They know I did it. Waste of time. Oops I want to pee.
The defence lawyer is grasping at straws in this cross examination. You can tell that the witness is being as honest as possible and he’s trying to manipulate his questions to make her come over as a liar. Foolish mistake. . The defence attorney is doing more harm than good for his client.
I really find it diffuclt in attorney's asking a question and answering the question before the witness answer yes or no surely that's a breach of examining a witness plus it's so annoying and the judge should pull up these 'professional people' and make a ruling against it
these girls were way younger than Ashley, that's a little weird too that she was hanging out with them, she was 40 with a daughter, they were in their early to mid 20's, strange.
Yeah, I noticed that too. Clearly a crackpot hanging around women half her age, but even stranger to kill someone over 34K, totally retched. But it's pretty much open & shut in my opinion. Her attorney's are gonna have an uphill battle trying to explain why Taylor Wright's dead body was buried on her family's property if mcarthur wasn't responsible.
Pat Brown; Ashley's an Alpha, a narcissist and sociopath. She needs people who will do what she says and never question her. These young girls are impressionable, and saw Ashley as someone who had it all.. This is a teaching moment for all of them.
Carol Mahoney I agree. Defense has a hell of an uphill battle. Clearly, Ashley has a LOT of issues. Even putting aside the murder, there’s a pattern of behavior & theft. She blew thru her husbands settlement of $50-60,000. She stole $34,000 from Taylor. AND, the jury probably won’t hear about this but in Jan of this yr she was sentenced to 7 years in prison for stealing $ from her families business! Clearly, this girl doesn’t have an honest bone in her body.
Audrey, may not have done anything to help Tayler, but Ashley murdered Taylor all on her own.. the fact she stayed friends with Ashley and didn't go to the police shows she is a pathetic human. The defense atty is grasping at anything to look like he's doing his job.
