@relaxforawhile. @relax for a while Omg I am so beyond grateful I found you, you have no idea, I literally have tears in my eyes I kid you not, I have had a rough road, I started to try and better myself 2 years ago to finally find ME and make myself happy first, but this year the rug literally got pulled out from under me, anyway was on the hunt for spiritual guidance and energy healing I’ve found some really great people who tried to help, At the time I didn’t realize but I was trying to do so after I’ve had kind of like a reiki massage I was in the best mood for like a week I would I was blissful I was energized I was the best mom I felt like I have ever been I wasn’t depressed I wasn’t angry my mental and emotional state was spot on, but it all went black again I just want to go back to thag but this time work with it and do what it takes to try and keep it going I know there will be ups and downs, but literally it was a light switch

Went from fantastic mood to absolutely opposite I lost everything it seemed, lost myself, my mental emotional state got really bad again, I’ve tried to do some meditation at night (hard with the toddler) but when I found this video I was literally folding laundry and watching this video and got mesmerized and sucked in, and my eyes started to want to close and body got so relaxed, I wish u were in person playing with my actual hair LOL, but I haven’t felt so calm and at ease in a very long time and I wanted u to know thag u truly are a godsend, and u truly have an amazing gift.. I have a bad tooth that needs to get extracted like it’s really bad has a hole and I haven’t ate really can barely drink, worse debilitating pain ever so sleep has been terrible, but with these videos I was actually able to get a little bit of sleep I mean not a full 5 hours but I wasn’t up every hour!!

Dear Joanne, oh my dear do you know that I was hearing you while I was doing my hair rollers and I got to tell you that all I do is just close my eyes and relax myself, the moment you start to speak my body is completely relaxed almost like I have to keep myself awake. In addition to all the new content which is great, I also find myself going back repetitively to the older videos dating back a year or two. They have been a great help of late as regards falling asleep. I swear my cat passed out to one of these the other night.

Mam' thank you so much. I just started panic and anxiety after covid. It gave me long term insomnia and night terrors listen to an older video of yours not long ago. I stay alone atm and haven't seen my wife since 2019 she is in Canada and we have a child. I have to have her on the phone With me to sleep but when she sleeps I get those symptoms sometimes. Im so glad I discovered you, I have a couple weeks until I get to see her and my child since 2019 in just barley hanging in there but you mam' have helped me tremendously. I love your videos!! You have helped me more then you could ever imagine. You use to have a headache relief video asmr . In it you talked about using a ice pack. I haven't been able to find that video anywhere. It was my favorite and it relieved my headache as I drifted off to sleep.

The only thing I could think of that could make this a bit more relaxing would be if the lighting was a little more gentle. It's hard watch your hands when it feels like I'm in the middle of an office period and of course once I close my eyes it was better but I do like to watch the hand motions. Hi joanne i loved this tonight , had had a headache all day and breathing relaxing listening to your voice helped me shift my headache and fall asleep... then i got woken up by the loud advert that came on after your video finished. Is that something you are able to change or is it just how it is ? Ps.. the visual hand movements worked for me to whilst i had my eyes open (thank you)
