I cannot thank you enough for posting this video. The other night, I developed a horrible headache coupled with an upset stomach. I was lying in bed, hoping for relief, when I saw the notification for this video pop up in my feed. Within minutes of pressing “play”, my pain was gone and I was relaxed and at ease. I was so relieved, I wanted to cry. It truly felt like magic. It was as though someone had waved a magic wand over my body and whisked the pain away. Thank you so much for sharing your incredible gift with the world. Your ability to heal and bring comfort to us viewers - particularly during these difficult times - is appreciated more than you know.

So beautiful. I am in tears. I did not know what ASMR for tension headache was. Thank you. I enjoy your sleep videos when I can’t sleep. Last night got was such a night. I was tense and woke up at 3 am. You are a blessing! I make lavender sachets from colorful fabrics with fresh lavender and lavender essential oils added. I then gather the fabric into a ball and tie it with beautiful ribbon. I realized I give them to other people but I’m going to keep some for myself. They are easily renewed by opening them and adding more lavender or other essential oils.
Tonight I just needed a friend and ‘a soft place to land at the end of the day’. 💝. I hadn’t been by here in a bit but tonight, as many times before, your lovely videos will soon help me to turn off my far to active mind, relax, feel comforted, and then get some needed rest. Your calmness and caring are a blessing! The world needs more kind people like you. 😊
Thank you for this video. I have had one giant prolonged headache from Covid that has lasted for days even with OTC meds. I have been desperate for sleep and peace. I turned the light on my phone to the lowest setting because even my eyes hurt, grabbed my black bear neckpillow (like your snuggly lamb) and a damp washcloth and watched your hands and listened to your soothing voice. The tension was greatly diminished to the point that I cried tears of relief. 😭🕊
There are people out there that have to deal with a lot of stress on a daily basis. It seems like we all do to one extent or another. That's life. I know there are people that look for temporary escapes from stress. You hear someone say, I went to the mountains or the beach last weekend, it was great and I lowered my blood pressure! If one has a chance to escape the weekly grind and have a peaceful weekend and relax and feel better, why not. I am in my 40s, I do not have high blood pressure but I have been a juvenile diabetic since I was a kid, which adds its own stress. I cannot even begin to say how much this channel has helped me. I have insomnia in part because of blood sugar issues so I have trouble sleeping. One of these videos and I'm out _COLD!_ This channel and it's content creator are a fantastic gift to so many people. I do hope this channels content creator is aware of how valuable her presence is on RU-vid and what a gift she is giving.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do more videos like this where you're describing relaxing things and we can hear the sounds. It's like your really right there. I lost my dad at 4 and my mom at 15 and for a few minutes every night I feel like s I'm small again and I'm falling asleep to the sound of her talking and doing things
