The Turcot is quite the mess. 110 km/h is better than 100 but still too slow for me on a road like this. This was a really fun drive, thanks for sharing.
Loving this video! This reminds me about my trip to Ottawa and Montreal in the future. I love watching this video - in the comfort of my own home. it's like you're actually there.
The Autoroutes of Quebec and the 400-series highways of Ontario are great in design, nothing compared to the Interstate Highway System in the US. Traffic management on both highway systems in my opinion are neutral. I wish there are more plannings for those highway systems in the future.
Some of you Canadians need to know that Ontario Highway 417 and Quebec Autoroute 40 are part of Trans Canada Highway and are both main routes because of that. Providing an access between Ottawa and Montreal is so cool in there.
Beautiful drive, looks like! I can tell it's an older one because Ottawa's population has now surpassed 1 million, as opposed to the 935,000 when you visited. Do you also have a video route from Ottawa to Toronto?
they have a planned by-pass alignment north of the existing highway, but I doubt they ever build it. West Montreal is pretty well served with A-40 and A-30.
Curl turn manifold ok driving nice limited speed assign by Montreal to Ottawa pathway follow journey entertaining but careful precision accuracy on turn required
