Never before had a character with less screen time been more iconic. She appears in the middle of court, confesses to murder, basically says “and Id fuckin do it again”, and then leaves. What more could you ask for?
Avatar Kyoshi’s introduction from this single episode, from killing a tyrant to separating an entire area of land from a continent, was the epitome of badassery.
I know he’s been using the “I don’t know Dan” audio clip for years at this point. But I’m so fond of it. I used to quote it a lot after that GG episode first came out. Glad I’m not the only one lol.
I always hated this episode because it’s the one right before the best character In the series is properly introduced. However, this episode is actually great because it’s literally just, the gang trying to convince people that kyoish didn’t murder someone, only for her to be like “ya’ll watch to much Steven universe, I killed him and i don’t feel any guilt” dip, and just let aang take the consequences, it’s literally the funniest thing ever. I had a feeling you'd love the backstory. Ha! I knew u were gonna be suprised when Aang turned into Kyoshi. 😂 I know ur gonna love the next episode cause it is so sick. The thought that your end edit could have actually happened and in the way you showed it was so hilarious. 🤣
I love the world building that the episode creates, and I *specially* love the Zuko and Iroh stuff... but maaaan do I hate the town team Avatar was. The trial was fun but I could not care less for the people hating on Aang for no reasonable reason. X _X Anyways, cool reaction. I thought this episode was the next one and got my icescream ready for no reason, but that's ok. c:
"Hello and welcome to BLUE ORDER! In today’s episode we will be discussing how guilty the smol nice kid is because his past life was an absolute menace!"
when i saw the game theory style thumbnial i was first like "fuck i thought i got that guy out of my recomeneded" i was very happy to see it was you instead
Just rewatched your steven universe reaction again, and i still see you as one of the if not the best reacter on youtube as of now. Pls keep making videos, they are top tier. I myself am planning on staring a yt channel soon, and you have been a big inspiration, just wanted to tell you that.
I keep hearing that ominous string music in your reactions (like here when the guy with the torch runs towards the avatar statues) - what is that music? Link?
0:23 Me: I still don't understand why Blue holds up a *Nintendo Switch* at the beginning of each recording. Also Me: And at this point I'm too afraid to ask.
The biggest crime with how they aired this show was how the ending credits almost never got shown, or at least not without a "coming up next" instead of the banger music. Considering how badly they handled airing certain other shows, though, I think this one gets a pass.
I didn't realise this was an episode reaction when i saw the thumbnail in your video list the fake game theory appearance messed with me. I saw the thumbnail and dismissed it as one until i saw it again under the last video.
So wait, Kyoshi really only started caring about the world being taken over when he arrived at her home, and even then she just wanted to run away from the problem
Pretty much and this is actually a weakness that every Avatar shares. I don't know how much you know about the show as a whole but basically each Avatar has a weakness to either their Homeland or their specific friends.
That's fine they're saying that every Avatar always ended up screwing each other over almost sounds like the star butterfly family tree I mean monster racism and that's without mentioning all of the weapons toffee in freaking General but dare to be completely honest you can still use at least blame glossaryck from giving a human a a nuke technically
