Thank you Zendukai, I’m certain Shelly and I would have lots to talk about. My family thinks my little food hobby is an ‘obsession’, imagine that?🤣😂 I wonder if it has anything to do with my 11 metre long sunroom with a shelf the full length of that room loaded ,shoulder to shoulder, with cook 📚 books or maybe the 6 cookbooks that I have written with recipes I have invented. I’m a bit the same John, those little baby cukes are a milder non burp variety but I would substitute celery, low carb, still keto, lots of good nutritional and textural properties, that will enhance the salad without detracting from its flavour. Hope that helps and thanks for watching.;-))
