There has been no better example that the hypocrisy we see today around the rich. Especially within the Supreme Court. The message from Christ is all about Justice, Liberty and Love for your fellow man. God's Law came to set a standard. We used it's core designed for those who don't follow God's Word or walk in his Righteousness to set a standard of Justice.

the message is a bad translation. it is so underwhelming in what scripture says. it is not even considered a reliable translation. It's not a respected translation.

Acts 13:1 New International Version Now in the church at Antioch there were prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen (who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch) and Saul. New Living Translation Among the prophets and teachers of the church at Antioch of Syria were Barnabas, Simeon (called “the black man”), Lucius (from Cyrene), Manaen (the childhood companion of King Herod Antipas), and Saul. English Standard Version Now there were in the church at Antioch prophets and teachers, Barnabas, Simeon who was called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen a lifelong friend of Herod the tetrarch, and Saul. By the way, I am not implying that Christ is black, but it seems when race is mentioned we seem to default to racism or strong man arguments of race baiting because someone mentions race of characters.
