Bad FLYWHEEL Noise 

Thank you for this clip! This is exactly what’s happening with my mk7 golf tdi. Been trying to explain it for almost 9months! Now I’ll get it replaced. Had dogbone Mount replaced as was told that was the reason.

Hmm, I think this is the noise I am trying to trace on my 82,000 mile 2012 Peugeot 508 2.0 Diesel, which is the same engine as the Volve in this video I think. The noise of mine is more subtle, but I am getting a bit of that engine rattle at startup and turning it off, not as extreme as in this video though.

How much more km till it goes out?

I have a DCT transmission, I'm assuming mine is worn as on idle it rattles but when I press the gas pedal (Clutch engages) the rattle goes away and is not present when in motion or driving. But when I come to a stop, the rattle is apparent especially if you're near a wall or another vehicle. There are slight vibrations throughout the floor where my feet lay and some felt through the steering wheel. No major changes in shifting other than sometimes feeling like it hesitates a little when starting from a stop and jerks before taking off.
