Baked Sweet Potato / Jacket Potato 

I’ve taken a simple / classic #bakedpotato and broken it down into each element which we love most about the dish. Here I showcase that with a bit of imagination and creativity we can turn the most simplistic recipes into refined works of art.
Most importantly we can make them better (flavour/texture).

RECIPE:
For baked potato rub: (bulk recipe)
1tbsp ground coriander
1tbsp sage
1tbsp dried origano
1 tsp cinnamon
1tbsp sea salt
1tbsp onion powder
For sweet potato cream
200g diced sweet potato
50g carrot
1/2 thumb side fresh ginger

50g butter (vegan butter if you’re vegan)
Pinch of salt
For crisp skin seasoning:
1tsp smoked paprika
1tsp salt
1tsp nutritional yeast
1/3tsp MSG (optional)
1tsp onion powder
