Welcome back! I'm so happy to have you here. I filmed this video over two days, but we're making some peanut butter cookies and blueberry muffins. I'm heading to Walmart for a small haul and sharing a super simple supper. Thanks for being here! 😊
Hello and welcome! My name is Lindsay and I am a wife and stay at home mom of four living in Eastern Canada. RECIPES:
PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
Mix well.
Add and beat:
1 egg slightly beaten
1tap vanilla
3/4 cup peanut butter
Add dry:
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Mix and bake at 375° for approximately 12 minutes

Thanks Dyann, the chicken is so good and easy. I might try making my own sauce next time though. Rice Krispy squares are always a hit around here, with both kids and adults. Lol have a great week! 😃

wow all those treats looked delicious. Look at you making blueberry muffins AND pb choco chip cookies! I can only do one at a time or I think my head would pop off (or at least feel like that) I actually made oatmeal choco chip cookies yesterday and a cookie cake today-isn't it nice to have homemade baked goods stocked up in the freezer? That honey garlic chicken dish looked yummmmyyyyy! Have a great long weekend! In Ontario, many of us call it 'May 2 4 (two four)' How about in NS?

Thanks, Lily. A cookie cake sounds delicious. I like having homemade options for lunches/after school snack. I also like having baked things for Dave's lunch when I can. The chicken was so good, one of my favourites. Around here we actually call it 'hiking day'. As kids we always went hiking on the Monday. Enjoy the long weekend! 😊

Hi Lindsay! You have such great baking helpers😊 The chicken looked delicious! Sometimes whe I make rice krispy treats, I also add caramel pieces. I definitely use more marshmallows in the ratio, but I love the hint of caramel favor.

Hi Carol, I like to use more marshmallows than rice krispies too! That tray was gone that evening.. Lol I added skor chips last time I made them, and they were so good! That chickens so good! I just wish the sauce was a little healthier, I should probably make my own. I hope you are having a great week so far. 😊❤️

Forgive me if you have a video on this already but what do YOU eat for lunch? I'm needing inspiration for myself, I am having my first baby in October and I want to make sure I'm also fueling myself. I am so so inspired by the way you take care of your family.

Hi Shelia, I think you can get that sauce in most stores. I got it at Walmart but I'm pretty sure superstore carries it too (if you're in Canada). 😊

You need to be careful buying Walmart brands, I used to buy them all the time but now I’ve noticed lots of health warnings on great value food products, from infertility/lead/tartrazine/yellow dye/brilliant blue etc.
