Alternative Thursday! The Barbell Workout is a alternative to using dumbbells to strengthen, firm up, tone your body and built lean muscle. It is great for all fitness levels! The exercise moves with the barbell are, dead lift, clean press, squat press, backward lunge squat press, bent over row, over head military press and bicep curls. This workout can be done with dumbbells, resistance band, body bar, even cans of vegetables, water bottles or with your natural body strength. The workout is 34 minutes with a warm up and stretching at the end.
