I use a plastic sheet with Lego and Lego tape(its rubber Lego compatible strips with adhesive on it) and polymer clay to seal the mold box it works flawlessly, I also use the polymer clay to put the mold blank deeper inside the mold to get all the definition I need from the top of the blank. it also allows for plastisol to be pulled from the top of the mold as it cooks and shrinks. I may break blocks of Lego but it works very well for me. I really enjoy the video's your teaching and reinforcing a lot of the steps for building top poring molds for me.

Maybe I just missed it but it would have been nice to have seen how you hooked the bait up and the action of the bait in the water which is important that's really what I wanted to see how it moves in the water. You catching fish with it is great but doesn't tell me how the bait moves..

Hello.I was buy plastisol from ebay.Seller from UK,name Paul Yates. Looks like you using same one.I have a question. So,I have some problems with plastisol.I was put glass to microwave.ok,first time not bad.But second time same glass in next day went yellow,next day put to microwave plastisol went black.I cant use anymore.Tell me plz what i doing wrong?Or plastisol bad?thanks

Hi my friend. I start know my first steps to soft baits. I have some problems. If i put two colours inside the mold for ex. Two bottles with two diferent colours, they dont stack together. When i try to take out of the mold they are two diferent peacesmaybe you know why?

What is the formula of liquid silicone you use for silicone fish?

Is that the food color?

unfortunatly if you choose yo use only polymer clay to build a mold master you will find that it breaks as it is very brittal. essetunally the mold is your way to copy the mold master again in more rigid material like two part resin which you can duplicate as much as you want. I usually do that before I make the final mold.

what is the master made out of? can u just use a store bought soft plastic as a master?
