Well if you think about it quest is basically a console, since it's its own standalone thing and supports exclusive titles on it, you can correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's its own console
if they can do what assassins creed could do and keep the gameplay similar to the original but also add new things that can only be done in vr and give it a 12 hour story then yea this might be the best vr game
I don’t disagree. I’m just saying that if you have made something that is already similar to what you just gave and it had a bad taste in my mouth. I’m not thinking it’ll be better than what was given previously that’s all.
@Unrruly is that what we are all supposed to do now for one singular game I don't want to pay extra cash to get the headset and then the game I just want the game
@@redman1937 Eventually VR will be in everyone's house and will be the primary form of gaming. The only people who think that it will fail are the ones who haven't given it a shot. This game will be amazing and will not be an experience able to be ported to consoles as that is the nature of VR games.
You are very wrong about it being short. The developer did a very long interview stating the game is a completely different studio and is 10+ hours long with a full campaign.
This game is different. Shadow has stealth and afterglow combat. The issue with Arkham VR was that the only combat like thing was the batwing’s small use and the batarang. VR was a spin off this is a new game in the series
If this releases in fall hopefully the release it on console maybe a few months after or something because there is no way I am paying 400-600 bucks for an Arkham game that has a fifty second trailer
I’m not hyped for this game but no lie this is just a dumb take lol the game has already been confirmed to be as long as Arkham asylum and just because the first Arkham VR was 20 minutes you just assume this game that comes out like 10 years later will also be 20 minutes? Dumb ass take lol.
This game will have nothing to do with Batman Arkham VR from 2016... That one was an ordinary VR experience from the early days of consumer VR, now it will be a full-fledged AAA game with a big budget.
2 things number one, the first V.R Batman game was a tech demonumber 2.This game would have never been funded been made if it wasn't made by meta so basically it wouldn't matter for you plus there is a lot of good vr game and compairing a psvr to a quest 3 is like 5-6 year differents
People get so mad when games try to help people that don't have much money. Sorry but most of us don't have the luxury of getting a $2k gaming pc plus a meta quest. Get over it. Even referenced batman at $50 and acting like $50 isn't anything. I bet ur pissed at xcloud too. Have you ever heard of exclusives? It's for rewarding people who actually bought the console.
They will likely release it on other headsets and platforms roughly a year after release, maybe 2. They did that for arkham vr, and a Ironman game developed by the same people.
@@Auti3D They won't. Mobile VR is still not as good as PSVR 2 or PC so in order for this game to even run ONLY the quest 3 could pull it off. Hopefully they port it to PSVR 2 but I doubt it's getting a PCVR release.
@@Unrruly I don't see why not or anything, dev had friends with Meta and that's why they chose Q3, Ironman vr was also a exclusive to question, but came out to the rest of the VR's. This game is a big game, and has actually exploration. The developers confirmed most the details in a recent interview. If it can run on the Q3, it can definitely run on pcvr. The graphics don't seem all that bad either. Only time can tell, porting from q3 to other platforms is not to much of a big deal, it just depends on their contract.
I swear if it’s 40 dollars and basically some poorly written 20 story I will lose it I feel like it would be better if the game is basically an Arkham knight port but better I don’t know maybe I’m asking myself to much I guess we will just have to see
@@TheOfficialMEGSS And what about VR fans who have been waiting for this game for a long time (it has been known since 2022)? You don't give a damn about them either, don't they deserve a good game?
@@prakrit7647 Hating on a game because you can't play it is immature, hell there's no gameplay yet so there's no room for debate, I hated Arkham knight because I couldn't play it a very long time ago, but when I actually was able to play it I was fucking ecstatic.
@@We-AreLegion I think tje really disappointing part is that the Arkham franchise is a PLAYSTATION franchise and the newest installment just randomly goes to VR. It's like of the next Uncharted with to Nintendo Switch
What a game for meta quest... Ha hell no they dont deserve a game on there platforme! Why are you mad let me my game on quest and go play your game on wathever platforme you have. For gona play wathever on wathever. ✌️
Hold tf up, pal. We haven't heard or seen anything else to call this dissapointing. Also, VR needs a big popular IP to elevate its relevance in the mainstream marketplace, and what other better IP than Batman.
I get that but when you’ve done a VR as the last game you released and the only other game that you’ve released as a studio was suicide squad and it was a failure. I’m just saying doing the same game that you previously had done just having oculus do it I just feel as a dumb move.
