This is a COD WaW mod known as Axis Players which lets you play as a German soldier, with the remnants of the 9th army trying to retake Seelow Heights, this mod answers one of the questions what if Germans were able to counter a massive Soviet offensive and halted them or recapture what they have lost, we all know in reality this was impossible, German army was immensely short of everything but its just fantasy side of history. The modders did a pretty good job you can see the gameplay lines are actually in German while the main cut scene script is still in English (In default Russian accent).
This will need a lot of dedication and hard work to mod something like that, there are Stukas (which I am not 100% sure about), Panzer IVs, etc Most of the Soviet weapons, and vehicles are replaced with German ones.
I will try to make it a series if this video performs well, our 9th army will rejoin other units and will try to retake Berlin.
