The documentary "Eat, Fast, & Live Longer" completely changed my life. I watched it in 2017 and have been implementing what I learned ever since. I used to be in so much pain, but because of what he taught us, I've been able to live a pain-free life due to regular intermittent fasting. I'll always be grateful for his work, and will continue to be an example of his research. His work will continue to be a blessing to many individuals and families. Let us pray for his family.

He took a cheese sandwich on a hike in 40c. This is incredibly daft. The problem with PHDs is they think they can't be wrong or are qualified to do ANYTHING. I worked at a university and some of the dumbest behaviours I observed were from these PHD professors. They were incredibly knowledgeable on single focus topics but lacked a kind of balanced intelligence, and also coupled with an entitlement or audacity of ability. As a network engineer I'd frequently have to argue with a Biochemistry prof about how I was configured the computer lab, or software. And the guy just simply thought he could do anything. He choked on French fries and was hospitalized because he didn't chew his food. Insane.

I don't go on long trips anymore. I always have a friend accompanying me. When you have reached a certain age it's not wise to do so. Heat stroke is real. I think as the wife said that he has an adventurous spirit and probably suffered a medical emergency. Just look at how remote the location where he was found is. SMH. Rip Dr Mosley.

@@arielsea9087 let me clarify, I mean like hiking etc. It's not safe to do so as when you were younger. In the event of something unexpected happening, you have a friend to render assistance or call for help. By all means enjoy your life, but you have to be smart about it.

@@arielsea9087One of the hardest lessons to learn about life is that absolutely NOTHING is guaranteed! We're not guaranteed tomorrow and neither are the people we love and care about. Sadly, some of the healthiest people I know have randomly dropped dead while working or playing basketball and after running a marathon. One guy I knew had just managed to climb Mt. McKinley in Alaska (renamed Denali by Obama), it's known as America's Mt. Everest and the tallest Mt. in N. America. He not only made it home that night, which is a major feat that many haven't done, but then he had a massive heart attack when he was either just going to bed or in his sleep and it killed him. In this case, the Dr.'s wife said he left his phone with her and that he made a wrong turn on his walk. It's possible he died of heat stroke which can and will kill anyone quickly.

Thing is the sun there is incredibly hot, so depending on what time of day it was. sure it was 80 degrees,but that sun is is no joke. My Mom is from Symi, and I spent my summers there as a kid. I’ve been all around that island. So I have an idea. Also the beach he was at is all mountains not a clear path for walking and is pretty steep. maybe a lot of factors, intermittent fasting, hot sun, and over exerting himself during the walk contributed to his unfortunate death 😢😢

Why go holidaying in a hellish rocky place like this where one cant go for strolls and even mild exercise outdoors and safest place is cooped up inside. No shade giving trees to rest under , all treatcherous terrain of rocks with snakes under unforgiving 40 degree heat. Just devastating to admit to a loss of a beautiful person.. and all bec he wanted to have a stroll on his holiday.. if not such horrid conditions he wud have made this walk to destination easily.
