Very helpful, thanks! Did not expect the button ribbon to be at cause sometimes, I'll try a new one. I have a controller with both l2 and r2 not working at all, no signal. Any idea what could cause this? I'm still troubleshooting myself, changing ribbons does nothing, about to try another board.

With that green wire that you soldered back on does it do anything important like does it have something to do with stick drift because I’m debating whether I should buy a cheap soldering kit to solder the wire back on hoping it will fix the stick drift or should I not? Like will it fix my stick drift?

Help when I turn on my controller blue lights come and no white lights then when I come on the menu all lights go off but the controller works

For anyone struggling to put back the white plastic trigger thing(the one you had to tug on), just push it back in until you hear click. No screws. Hope this helps!

I wanted to fix my ps5 controller its Bdm-30 I made a mistake now idk how to get another one the only way to tel is to open the box the stores wont let you and its not online where can I get a Bdm-30 controller I accidentally burned the sodder hole on the potentiometer. It wont solder in a new one. I need a new bdm-30. Is there anyway to know how to purchase that particular model

@@TheGamer2Know I broke the pcb on my bdm 030 and I have the clicky kit installed perfectly. Can I take the front of this controller and put it on a bdm40. I want to keep the clicky triggers but they don’t have a kit for the bdm 40 and that’s the only one they sell in stores by me is the 040. Can you get mouse click on a bdm 40

Why didn't you do the touch pad. Can't get it off. Also you will cruise through stuff without explaining what you were doing. I figured it out, some of the angles could be better. Otherwise thanks.

Why doesn't the trigger bounce back????? Wtf, why did I justvwaste 4 hours on a stupid controller. I will just return this shit. You won't answer until I am back to work anyway and I won't want to mess with it until my next weekend off in 2 weeks from now.
