Missouri Star Affiliate link for 20% off your purchase of $50 or more: glnk.io/mzmmj/pattymacmakes. You simply click the link which takes you right to their website. Then shop as normal. When you have $50 worth of products, the discount will come off automatically in the check out cart. Not everything is included with the discount, and I don't have any control over that. Generally the big ticket items like sewing machines and furniture is not included, but most everything else is. Including fabric and notions already on sale. Often they allow us to stack the discount onto the sale price so it really makes it worthwhile. I do explain it more in my most recent videos if you would like a visual representation to follow. There is no limit on how many times in a month you can use it!
Thank you! 😊 I do put in a fair amount of time over making the selections. I want to show the prettiest, most seasonal thing I can find to share with you all. So I am really happy to hear you're enjoying seeing everything!
I just had strawberry jam I canned yesterday on my yogurt and it was AMAZING!!! I'm planning on having sewing time this week so I'm pumped to get these project rolling. Honestly, every single thing I showed is beautiful.
Beautiful fabric! The last 3 orders from MSQC I received has been damaged! I don’t know what is up with the USPO! This last time I didn’t even bother sending back! That’s the was mine where in that my package wasn’t damaged so it made me think they damaged putting it in the box!
That's SO disappointing! 3 in a row? I think you should call customer service about that. I think the mini charm was damaged when they put it in the box. I didn't count the squares so I assume they are all there. It's enough for the project so I didn't flip over it, but it would be nicer if it weren't damaged.
Thank you so much Cathy!! It is fun to see what people pick out, isn't it? Since Missouri Star lets me select whatever I want, I'm trying to branch out and try different things. So it's been good for me as well to try out new-to-me lines and print styles and designers. I'm picking out things I wouldn't normally buy for myself, but with the allowance they offer me, I am trying all sorts of things. I'm really happy to hear you're enjoying seeing it all, too!
Hello Patty - just discovered you today. I’m really tickled that we are both living in VA BCH. Love that you are a super quilter, in my dreams I want to be also. But I’m trying and loving it. Look forward to your videos. 🤗
Oh I love when Locals find me!! And thank you! I love playing with color and shapes more than anything else. You can totally quilt!! If I can do it, I know you can, too!
I can't wait for the strawberry quilt project! Those colours are amazing! And I absolutely love polka dots! 😍😍😍 You mentioned that it's difficult to pick colours from a computer screen - I totally agree! Can you return it if it's not the colour you thought it was? They always have that disclaimer about colour variations online blah, blah, blah... But does that mean they won't take it back if you just don't like it?
I know cut fabric, yardage, is never returnable no matter where you buy it. I'm not sure about pre cuts. You would have to look into a store's individual return policies. I'm pretty sure that unless it's really damaged in delivery, it's not returnable. But you would have to verify return or exchange policies with whatever store you purchase from. If you're unsure about a collection, purchasing something small like a charm pack or mini charm is a good way to audition something before sinking a ton of money into something. You can also buy sample libraries of the solid collections which is something I personally want to invest in since I really like solids. Just not liking something is generally not going to be a reason to send something back. Unless you purchase on Amazon, which I think you can return anything over there. But I'm guessing because even there, not everything is returnable.
