dear Kseny I follow the 30d qigong challenge on your website and I want to say it is great!. this is really what suits me.don't have to think what practice shall I do. they are there .every day a new one. no choice stress. the practices are just perfect from length.now after 21 I really feel the benefit what qigong does. I m aware that I m more positive and relaxed . glad you started it and this really makes me enjoy my membership.🙂
