WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?

The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.
WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

Hi ! Ive been doing this exercise for the last 5 days to get my belly button back in my body again . For 2 minutes each side .What I realised is that I sleep much better and do not need sleeping tablets 3 night a week . Also that my right leg feels not so tiered any more . Time will tell if I don’t need my belly button operation .Thanks for your great Video from Australia

This helped so much! I ended up using a kansa wand because I have never been able to tolerate my belly button or abdomen muscles being touched and was worried something thinner would keep me from doing this message. My abdominals felt extremely tense at the beginning but at the end my muscles relaxed and I felt pain relief in my lower back and hips. Thank you!

My legs and hips feel so warm, calm, and relaxed. Flowing energy. My backs posture was also effected. I feel good. I will need to do this frequently.

Hi !im very great full that I found you on RU-vid . I will do this exercise regularly. My belly Button sticks out of my body and I’ve been told I need an operation in about 6 months which takes about 2to 3 months to heal up and stop me to work .would this exercise help me to improve my situation and are their any other exercise I can do . It would be nice if you can show on a chart the specific points to massage ...for now it seems with the tool I would aiming and massaging random points in the abdominal region.

🍃Linda, I love my healing life tool. Question. When I do this exercise with the tool I yawn alot and my eyes water every time. I feel great after but was wondering what am I activating to cause this effect? Curious 😊🍃

Thanks a lot for this….I started yawning a lot throughout the exercise….does that mean anything? At the end i did enjoy that tingling feeling… like it was disbursing from my stomach to all over my body

Hi I Am Panda, I used to have PCOS and it helped me. I had horrible acne and no period unless I took medication. I did regular Gut Massage for about 2 months and I started getting better. It's worth a try!

Thank you so much for this video - i tried to find this tool in France and could not, quite disappointing . question - is it ok to do this laying in bed with knees bent ? would love to hear your comment on other types of belly massage (one - just pressing for a min or so on various points, another - pulling the organs up with your hands ). thanks again, LOVE your channel .

Hi Ella, I'm sorry to hear the tool isn't available in France :( I recommend doing the exercise sitting up (not lying down) because gravity will affect your organs differently if you're sitting up and doing this exercise which will make it more effective. When you lie down, gravity isn't affecting your organs as much so the effectiveness will be less. Hope that helps!

Hello. Is this gut massage supposed to raise you pulse to 128 or 139? It definitely warmed up my core as I'm suffering from acid reflux which irritated my asthma and triggered my anxiety. 😢 You 10 min sessions have been helping me. Thank you.

Hi Console, there isn't a "perfect time" to do this. I just recommend doing it throughout the day depending on how your body feels. BUT one thing you should note is to do it 1 hour after you eat or on an empty stomach.

Hi. I do not have the wand. I used my fingers to apply pressure, is that okay too? I passed extra gas (from both ends) after massage :-) Also, is there one oil that I can use for multiple benefits? If yes, which one? Thank you. I just found your channel and subbed. Peace.

3 years late but I would like to thank you and also add an option for chubby people out there. I tried this sitting up with minimal results but laying flat on my back really made a drastic night/day difference. I'm about 40lbs overweight so I assume my belly fat was throwing off the angles and depth needed while sitting.

Feet may represent organs under our torso. (pancreas, stomach, intestine, kidney, liver..) Our hands, fingers, palms and upper part of our hands may represent our lungs. What I mean by representation is that the hands and feet are directly connected to our internal organs. Intra-wrist and wrist region (upper wrist region) may be connected with the heart. Massage to these areas can increase blood circulation in the organs to which it is connected, revitalize the organs to which it is connected, and ensure the regular functioning of the internal organs. Massaging the sides of your feet can be beneficial for your kidneys. Because the kidneys are located on the side of our body. Black seed oil, sesame oil and olive oil can be used for massage. In diabetes, the pancreas cannot do its job. The pancreas can be revitalized and the intestines can be made functional by massaging the underfoot and upper foot area regularly. Thanks to the arteries in the wrist, we can listen to the heartbeat. This feature makes it logical that the inside of the wrist is directly connected with the heart. The bronchi inside the lungs are similar in appearance to our open and tense fingers. If you open your arms to the side to form a vertical line, you will see that your fingers are parallel to the bronchi. Think of your palm as a lung. When you clasp your wrists and spread your fingers outstretched, your pulse will beat in the middle of both palms. In the middle of your right and left lungs is the heart. Your hands draw a direct line with your linked arms towards your lungs and heart. That is, the hand, arm, lungs and heart are on the same line. Your feet are directly connected to the body. Walking and jogging are recommended for intestinal health. So your feet are linked to your gut motility and health. As for the heart valve issue. . Make a fist with your hand. Assume that the top of your fist is the top of your heart. Massaging this upper area with blows can increase blood circulation in the upper part of the heart. Opening and closing the hands, making fists can be a good exercise for the heart. Or clapping the palms together can be a good exercise for both the heart and lungs. Just conjecture.
