Me too. I had major brain fog, dizziness, gas, bloating, nausea. I was only on 200mg. One time a day. I took it with a large meal. My BS was not greatly changed on it. I could only do three days. Pretty bad.
thank you doctor Sayed! ..and our pal Paul :) i' have renewed interest in berberine since my wife's cancer. hope there's more info on 'more insulin release' when insulin is anabolic vs decreased Warburg effect of glucose fueling cancer growth. the surgeon and anesthesiologist had her stop berberine, made sense. but now i need to learn more. most good studies were out of china when i started researching it years ago.
You would need to look into this and see if its suitable or something your wife would consider, but may be try methylene blue. Always research interactions with current medications though!
