Doing this once a day for a week! Day 1: No change but my knuckles hurt a little. Day 2: Small bit of change, hands were little sore. Day 3: I could see a change and felt more confident! Day 4: I could fit in my old rings! Day 5: My hands were slim and longer my family noticed. Day 6: Decided to stop because my hands were looking amazing Some stuff that also helps is using coconut oil or lotion either works. Also having long nails or getting them done makes your hands looks even better! This workout was amazing, anyone wanting to have slim and long fingers should definitely do this! I am feeling a bunch more confident!✌🤩
So for all those who want to start this exercise : this exercise doesn't take too long it also takes four days only and you can see your fingers got longer and slimmer so here don't give up after one day only here 's the tips :. Day 1: nothing happened Day 2 : still nothing happened Day 3 : I can feel some differences about my fingers Day 4 : my fingers are really longer and slimmer Here's a tip drink a lots of water and use lotion also use coconut oil or almond oil it helps really well Mashallah my fingers are really longer and slimmer Ok bye love you all❤❤❤

Doing this 1 time a day! Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Seen some changes Day 3 ✅ Did this 3 times today though, my fingers got slimmer! Day 4 ✅ Not so big changes but I can see it got longer.
It really work well, they look so long now thankss (i did it thrice per day and got the results after 1week but i'm still doing it as some streches) I recommend that you put as much force as possible to better feel the fingers stretch, also, I advise to put cream to have more fluid movements as for step 3

Doing this everyday! (My fingers are rlly chubby) also make sure you drink a lot of water and u can put coconut lotion on ur hands but I’m allergic to coconuts. day 1: hands are SORE.. but i feel progress! check replys to see day 2 if i dont forget :) (turns out I did forget💀) my fingers were very chubby before I tried this, but after 2 weeks it grew slimmer and grew in length as well. the workout was hard the first day but the rest was easy. I did it 5/6 times a day. recommendation: memorize the excerises and do them often.
