Subscriber for a while now. if you have not already addressed the subject, what should I do for Thoracic-outlet-syndrome? When I walk more than a kilometer, I get numbness in the left arm from mid biceps through my fingertips. It stops soon after I stop. No arm swinging, shakes or shoulder rotations seem to help.

I just got a ball so was excited to try these...but I guess I better work on sitting and Balancing first! I started the sit up and Very Gently rolled over and stuck my face into the soft cushions of my chair! I'm still laughing! Thanks SO MUCH for making my life better with all your help and teaching.

Never work with cervical arthritis and herniated discs with sciatica pain. Do you have some with an excersise ball for me?

I'm mid 30s, isn't in that bad of a shape, but this series is kicking my butt hard. Thank you for sharing this! Question though: I'm 5'3" and bought a large ball, coz I'm aiming to use it as my work chair (65cm is the only diameter giving me that right angle when I sit). But I feel like you're using a smaller ball? Should using a bigger ball be okay? I feel the added challenge, but I'm worried that my legs being farther apart doing ball lifting exercise might be a different group of muscles working?

Honestly it shouldn’t make enough of a difference in general you’re working the same muscles maybe with your legs out wider for example when lifting the ball with ur feet you’d be using more hips and slightly less quads. Almost similar to different feet placements on the leg press but still, you’re working the same muscle groups in general the recruitment of the muscles might just be different. But if anything get another ball and try it out! They’re so cheap!

I tried that ab work and I gotta say: have been to the gym many times and my abs did not get a workout like that. It really pays to research all kinds of exercises.

Hi bob and brad I just started watching you guys a week ago and I love your approach to older men and women excersising I bought the ball and just got it and I think I got too big does it matter how big it is because I love it but I’ve never worked on it yet but I have bad pain in back of my knee .can this ball help me and I’m very over weight I’m 54 and weigh about 260 I’m 5ft 8 in tall so yes I’m obese
