Best Inexpensive Pasta Pot Ever! 

Chico, I have had Circulan pasta pot with lock on draining lid for many years and it has been the best kitchen investment ever. I use it for everything, I brown ground beef in it, cook pasta use it for a lot of things that call for a saute pan. They really are very versatile. I hope yours lasts you a long time. I have a Tramontina 8 qt stock pot very similar design to this one. It is very good and has the same design with the strainer lid, but it has 3 pieces; the pot, strainer insert, and clear lid, It is stainless steel with bore-through riveted handles. I purchased it from BJ's Wholesale Club 7 years ago for around $30-40. It was a 'club' special so they aren't widely available, I bet Costco has something very similiar. Wholesale clubs are great places to find good quality specialty cookware.

I will agree, best pasta pot ever. I am beginning my search to replace my exact same one. I have had mine over 15yrs and it is the simplicity that I love the most. Bummer to find out it's no longer available. Thank you for the video.

It probably doesn't have its name on a lot of the product cause part of it is made in China. Even All-Clad is selling stuff on Amazon that is made in China. It sucks that we don't have many jobs for American made cookware that is safe and affordable

Great info. I find washing dishes very distasteful, the less the better for me. No strainer to wash, count me in!
