Bravo, Bravisimo!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏻👏🏾 Mr. David excellent video! like always the best scientific data, tips, warnings all in a nutshell! You are The Boss (the expert) in this field. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise with the scientific papers and background. You have helped me a lot. Salute you from Colombia South America.
Was waiting for ‘Mind Lab Pro’. I would have betted money on you saying it 🤣. Yep, they’re good, they’ve probably got better. I took them for about 8 to 10 months a couple of years ago. I really did well on them, exceptionally. I decided to try to recreate because they are quite expensive. But that means swallowing a lot of pills either way a lot of fillers. So, I reckon I’ll go back on them. Bacopi I take every day. Yes, they help with relax and function of brain. I read that alpha GPC report too. CDP is the way. I take every single supplement you’ve mentioned and - I’m going back to Mind Lab Pro. It is not so easy to recreate something which has had thorough tests and research. Seriously- couldn’t function without NALT.
Thank you for the video. I look forward to viewing more on your channel. Do you have any personal, research or financial ties to Performance Lab Group and their products (of course not counting the affiliate program)?
Surprised to not see DLPA. Over the years I find it to be more effective then L-Tyrosine. But then again we can’t list every single nootropic and it’s different for everyone of course
Hi What are your thoughts on taurine and creatine? Both are inexpensive as well Both for cognitive, brain focus.. plenty of studies supporting Thank You
Something I'd been wondering about, L-Tyrosine, is this good to take if you suffer anxiety as it boosts adrenals, is it better with L-Theanine? I am trying out mucuna pruriens and read L-Theanine/L-Tyrosine can be a good combo to go along with it but read L-Theanine can be better as doesn't boost adrenals. Thanks for your videos I always find everything really helpful.
Andrew, L-Theanine helps reduce cortisol which is one of its anti-anxiety benefits. And it will potentiate the benefits of L-Tyrosine to a certain extent. But if you are going to use L-Tyrosine you do not need to use Mucuna Pruriens.
THANK YOU FOR ALL THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE. I WOULD LIKE TO GET THE MIND PRO, BUT THEY DON'T HAVE URIDINE MONOPHOSPHATE IN THEIR PRODUCT? SHOULD I ADD IT TO THEIR SUPPLEMENT? WOULD THAT HELP OR HURT? I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS IS SAFE.
@nootropicsexpert you mentioned taking with coconut or mct oil for absorption. I take black seed oil daily; will it work with black seed oil instead of mct or coconut oil? Thank you for your help.
Hi David, what would you say is the best stack for depression/brain fog and just overall mind enhancement. I have sleep apnea so i know that’s not helping.
I have ulcerative colitis. Im 61 years old. I’m in remission now with Stelara. I’m thankful for your videos and if you have any specific tips for me I would love that.
Sir Can I take St john wort 700 mg along with NAC , mucuna pruriens and Ginko ? Currently I am using Mucuna,NAC and Ginko but reluctant to start St John Wort with these stuff . I'll be thankful for your suggestion.
That is not what I said. What I said is these are what I think are the best nootropics for this year. And I didn't need every second commenter asking me why I didn't include Methylene Blue
