This workout looks like it might be doable a little sooner than I planned to try. I haven't started my walk yet today, so I'll do that first. Yesterday I hit a new walking record, 9000+ steps. If a walk around the neighborhood doesn't leave me feeling too tired, I might open this video again to try it, after the stretching video. We'll see how it goes! God bless you and keep you always! 🙂

@@MeredithShirkandSvelteTraining Thank you kindly Mere! Yesterday didn't happen for starting workouts, so I'm going to shoot for Monday. My daughter made a couple small fruit smoothies for us, made with banana, frozen strawberries and pineapple juice, and that spiked my glucose to 191. I should have asked what she was using to make it. I took some cinnamon extract and within a couple hours my glucose was much lower, but I didn't feel well for several more hours. I did take another walk, and that seemed to help. It looked like it would rain soon, but I went anyway and spent time listening to my Bible while I walked. Just before I got home, it started to thunder, and maybe a couple minutes after I was home it started raining. God is good! I gained a little over a pound back, but I'm getting to where I can at least reach my walking goal daily, and I'm watching my glucose pretty carefully. I bought 4 new shirts (20% off even) a size smaller than I've been buying, so that I'll have some walking shirts that fit better when I do make more progress! While I was out walking this evening, I asked God to heal me. I've been supernaturally healed in the past, and I know God is able to do it again. When I got home and sat at the table to rest a bit, I got my verse of the day, 2 Corinthians 12:9. I have both verse 9 and 10 highlighted in my Bible and God has used it to encourage me so many times over the years. ‭2 Corinthians 12:9-10 ESV‬ [9] But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. [10] For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong. bible.com/bible/59/2co.12.9-10.ESV If God chooses not to heal, He will always give the grace needed for each day, if we're under His grace. God may choose to heal me later, but even if He doesn't, He's watching over me. And He's watching over you too! God bless you and keep you always Mere! 🙂

Great music. All of these seated workouts from Coach Greg and Coach Gabby are awesome for when you’re traveling. You can do these workouts right from your hotel or state room and feel like you’re doing something great for your body and your energy.
