Wow. I tried this one and it was so intense but so good! In those 10 minutes it felt like a work out of about 30 minutes! thanks! Love your workouts!

@@Skinnychelle48 I always recommend that you consult your physician before starting any new exercise program, but I offer many modifications for my exercises. Modifications include a step jack, not doing a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost, etc.). Also, the workouts are performed at your own pace, so you can work at a suitable level! 💪🏼😊

Thank You Meredith I Love the fast pace of this combination of excercises I find myself wanting a different dynamic from some of the slower routines which in thier own are very good, just to get the heart pumping and a feel of doing one fast routine over a couple of slower ones Changing up every few days to activate lazy muscles Your inspiration is priceless Always Moving With Intention MuchLove ❣️🇿🇦

Thank you so much. I’m one of those people who hates hard exercise which makes me out of breath. I prefer gentle swimming, creative movement, yoga, pilates, but know I need to do more, especially since a shoulder and Lats injury, 18 months ago, has meant weight-bearing on my left arm is too painful. Thank you for these videos!

Just purchased the meta ..unfortunately I am leading a very sedentary life, 2 bad shoulders one knee replacement. 75 years of age 115 kg and dont think i can do all these exercises ….what do you suggest…

Siempre recomiendo consultar a su médico antes de comenzar cualquier nuevo programa de ejercicios, pero ofrezco muchas modificaciones para mis ejercicios.
