In this video we will talk about Bhramari pranayama which is a Humming Breathing Exercise and Nitric Oxide Breathing and we will do three rounds of bhramari pranayama together. Bhramari pranayama is also called humming bee breath. Sit in a cross legged position and keep your spine straight. Regulate the breath and allow the breath to slowly come out and do humming all the way through the exhale. Let's practice this pranayama together.
