I think people need a couple days to shop for dresses. One, to bring all your entourage and let them have fun picking dresses and giving you advice. Two, with just you and maybe your most important entourage member to make that final decision. 💙 reduce that entourage stress!

I don't understand how someone can be so sure and set on getting married and spending their lives with just one person but they can't make up their mind on a garment that will only be worn for less than a day ? To me, getting hitched is way scarier than picking a dress lol 😆😂

The entourages cheered as the agony of going back and forth for hours searching for the dress was finally over.

When I went to my appointment, I told the consultant no mermaid dresses. What do I eventually try on and end up buying? A mermaid dress. You have to go into an appointment with an open mind and at least try on different styles.

Every episode of this show is either about brides that are too obsessed over an idea they dont even know, or consultants putting brides in dresses way over budget (those videos are usually titled 'Bride falls in love with the dress over her budget!') or moms that think 'that is their day' (princess dress obssessed ones who call every other dress 'an evening gown') or the mean audiences (usually a male bestie that is into fashion and thinks he is christian dior or something)

I feel as though she’s nervous about getting married and that’s why she took a while to find a dress. But that’s just me 🤷🏾‍♀️

I love it when the editing team adds onto the number of dresses that a bride already tried on!

I am so fortunate that I saw a dress in a Bride's magazine, cut out the page, and carried it in my wallet for two years. Fearing it would be discontinued before I got engaged I mailed the company in New York to see where I might be able to acquire it here in the Pacific Northwest. As luck would have it there was a place in my hometown that could order it for me. I sent them the 10% down that they required and when it came in my size I went to try it on and picked it up. It was a bit long, but I didn't want it altered so figured I'd get a hoop to wear under it. That's exactly what happened four years later AFTER I was engaged four times, lived in a foreign country for a year, and finally had my father walk me down the aisle. That was 39 years ago the Spring equinox and I still love my wedding dress, vail, and husband!

The more episodes I watch the more I THANK GOD my mom isn't anything like most the moms on here. She will give me her opinion and her ideas but she is never forceful of them or hates something because it wasn't her idea of what I would wear for my wedding

How does “you’re getting married it needs to be sacred” equate with a princess ball gown? People will really use the Bible to justify their own personal and completely unrelated opinions.

Only finally bought my actually dress because it was in a charity shop, and either I had it, or someone else was walking away with it. 🤷‍♀️ So glad her mum was able to come round. The magic veil strikes again!

My husband bought my wedding dress. I only saw it weeks before the wedding. It may not be what I would have picked up myself... But for someone who hates shopping yet he put effort to buy it for me made it special. With the correct make up and accessories it actually looked perfect. I have no regrets. I will cherish the dress forever
