We have come to the 2nd week in the training series of the summer of 2023. We're sure you did your best in week 1! Now it's time to add strength to your power... Remember, we have 6 more full weeks ahead of us, different movements and equipment will accompany us every week. So practice this workout with us at least 4 days a week and make sure to share it with your friends.
