We are in the 3rd week, let's do it! I believe in you! You did your best in the 1st and 2nd weeks. Now it's time to slim down and tone up! Remember, we have 5 more weeks ahead of us, filled with different exercises and equipment. So, make sure to follow this workout with us at least 4 days a week and definitely share it with your friends.
